Item #: SCP-4060
Object Class: Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4060 is to be kept in a standard humanoid containment cell and granted books it requests, preferably written in Korean. All doors and windows in SCP-4060 are to be reinforced to quadruple thickness and charged with electricity. SCP-4060 is allowed to move around Site-06-3, albeit with an armed escort at all times. Under no circumstances are personnel to give SCP-4060 a high five.
Description: SCP-4060 is a Korean male approximately 16 years of age, 168 centimeters tall, and weighing 68 kilograms. Subject’s palms have scars on them, spelling out “hand” in what appears to be a previously unknown mix of Japanese, Korean, and [REDACTED].
When SCP-4060 fully extends either of their hands and swipes with them, all matter in the path of where they swiped is completely eradicated. The remaining matter is then joined together, regardless of what was scraped away. Witnesses to this action consistently report seeing an area of complete darkness similar to vantablack in the path, and a very low-pitched tone that lasts the duration of the swiping action. This tone has been discovered to be [DATA EXPUNGED], and investigation into how this is allowed under our current understanding of physics and conservation of matter is underway.
SCP-4060 was discovered by the Foundation when Agent ██ was vacationing in Japan and witnessed a fight between a local teenager and SCP-4060. During the fight, SCP-4060 accidentally scraped away a sign in front of a nearby empty house, alerting Agent ██ to their anomalous properties, at which point he intervened. The local teen was given amnestics and released, and SCP-4060 willingly went into containment.
Addendum: SCP-4060 claims to be ███████ Niaki, a Korean high schooler who fled to Japan out of fear of his power. SCP-4060 claims his powers manifested after picking up a book he saw lying in the side of the road, at which point the book burst into flames and burnt to ashes. After accidentally severing a fellow student’s hand with a high five, he fled and hid in Japan for approximately six months before the Foundation found him.
