Special Containment Procedures: All power in SCP-8967's chamber is to be off. It is to be placed in the middle of the room. No power outlets are allowed inside the chamber. The reason is 8967 can collect power from the walls of its containment cell.

Description: SCP-8967 is a siren, Covered in rust. When the siren heard the person hearing it will have the urge come to the siren. After coming approximately 3 to 5 feet in the sirens range the subject will experience extreme pain and after 2 to 4 minutes after the start, The subject will want to kill itself. And if anybody comes in their way, The subject will kill the person who stopped them. Once the subject is killed, In a range of 40 feet of the corpse, People will start hearing sad piano music, and some people will hear whispering, with phrases like, "End it all"
or "End everybody else" and the last phrase is, "It's all pain.".

Addendum: SCP-8967 was first retrieved in [DATA EXPUNGED] ,[DATA EXPUNGED]. SCP-8967 was found after a series of suicide events and people forcing other people to kill themselves and saying "Its for the best". SCP-8967's creator is yet to be discovered. The foundation already has a eye on a few people. SCP-8967 was found in a home. SCP-8967 played its sound when the person taking it touched it. Several of the foundation members bashed there heads into the windows of the home, Or throwing people out the window on the second floor.

Jacob: Damn you Andy!

Closing Statement: Guards were called and Jacob was arrested as they found out he had a remote controlling SCP-8967. He was believed to be the creator of SCP-8967.
