Special Containment Procedures: SCP-2964 is stored in a cell with no windows, as to prevent it from seeing an object and desiring it. it is brought new stimulating objects such as puzzles, to keep it from raging.
Description: SCP-2964 is completely white with incredibly long black hair, red eyes that glow, a very long fang growing out of its mouth, and human like limbs that can twist as if they have no joints. it is estimated that they have hundreds in each limb. if SCP-2964 is not stimulated within 24 hours, it goes into a fit of rage. and can only be stopped by being presented a new item. which they can store in their hair. if an item is taken from SCP-2964, it grabs the creature that took its item and drills a hole in the creature's skull.
Addendum: one day, after a professor observed SCP-2964 pick up a water cooler and insert it into its hair, they saw that the hair seemed to be able to store anything in its hair, with no limits. they ran a test, in which a D-class personnel was hooked up to a tether rope and a head camera and sent into SCP-2964's hair. as soon as the D-class personnel stepped in, all connection stopped, and the tether snapped.
