Containment Procedure: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a 30 meter by 30 meter by 10 meter chamber. Walls of this chamber need to be composed of no less than 10 centimeters of solid aluminum. Entry is only to be granted to personnel of level 3 clearance or higher.
Description - SCP-XXXX is a male, tabby, house cat about 50 centimeters in length. SCP-XXXX has no physical traits differing from a normal house cat. SCP-XXXX is able to cause entities in its presence to pet him against their will until they expire.
Experiment Log One - D-XXXX, male, 34, is admitted into the chamber with SCP-XXXX, and is sat in a chair previously placed in there. After 10 minutes of testing SCP-XXXX jumped on D-XXXX’s lap and he began to pet him.
10 hours after testing began D-XXXX is still petting SCP-XXXX even though it seems agitated. When the subject was offered sustenance, he refused, saying he was perfectly comfortable.
Subject expired after 82 hours of testing.

Experiment Log Two - A lady, 65, that has a severe phobia of cats was admitted into SCP-XXXX’s chamber.
Subject was sat in the same chair as D-XXXX for this test, and sat for 10 minutes waiting for something to happen, as she was warned neglecting the task that has been set out would result in termination.
When SCP-XXXX tried to jump onto her, she attempted to run but didn’t get away.
The subject unwillingly began to pet SCP-XXXX, and after 2 hours of experimentation, a team went in to remove her from the chamber.

Experiment Log Three - A robotic cleaner was admitted into SCP-XXXX’s chamber. SCP
-XXXX got on top of the cleaner bot and sat there as it cleaned.
