Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4191 Must be contained within a 5m x 5m x 5m room and guarded at all times

Description: SCP- 4191 Can have many forms, it's current form is a small oak door roughly 1 inch(2.5cm) thick. Any object entering the door becomes immediately forgotten until 5 days later. when 5 days have passed the door moves to any door in a 200 meter range unless there are no doors, then the object inside doesn't come out but you suddenly remember the object that had entered. The object that entered can be extracted using SCP-1162 If it is small enough. Anything that went in is removed from any portrait, computer, or document until 5 days later.
