Special Containment Procedures:

Must be kept in a spacious room approximately 10m by 10m by 3m(10m * 10m * 3m).
A television, DVD player and multiple DVD’s must be kept in the room
At all times. Make sure the child has an adequate amount of food - water.

Description:
The forgotten child is a small girl named Anne, she claims to be 9 but seems around the age 4 or 5 years old. When her size is pointed out she will go to her enraged/emotional state.

If Anne is attacked she will grow a layer of A thick bark like Armor known to as
[DATA EXPUNGED] in this form she will be referred to as Angel.

If enraged, Anne will attempt to kill the target with inhuman strength, after her own efforts fail she will call apon the phantom of the forest letting it kill anything and everything in her way. After raging she will fall into a deep sleep that she will stay in for 1 - 5 months. Afterwards Anne forgets all that had happened. If anyone brings up her enraged state she will enter her enraged state again and proceeds as known
