SCP-XXXX has a liquid volume capacity of 35ml and is constructed of rigid paper. upon first glance SCP-XXXX appears to be a small paper cup similar to ones commonly found in various hotel bathrooms.
SCP-XXXX was recovered from the body of a Chaos Insurgency operative who exhibited anomalous behavior during a failed raid on foundation site-[redacted]. see Incident report SPC-XXXX-1.

subjects in close proximity to SCP-XXXX feel a slight but resistible compulsion to fill SCP-XXXX and use it for various task such as rinsing out the subjects mouth or for help swallowing pill form medications. upon use of SCP-XXXX subjects gain positive anomalous properties ,or "super powers" as referred to by some of the d-class test subjects, as well as negative anomalous properties. All subjects immediately become aware of the positive effects or "super powers" they have obtained but are not aware of the drawbacks. in most cases this results in death of the subject.
A few examples include enhanced strength but weakened and brittle bones giving the subject the ability to lift extremely heavy objects only to have the subject collapse and be crushed under the weight of the object. alternatively the subject could be given the ability to reach extreme speed but not the ability to slow down. see test documents SCP-XXXX-T1 through SCP-XXXX-T5 for more detail. Upon death or injury of a test subject disembodied laughter can be heard in the vicinity of SCP-XXXX.
