Item #: SCP-4137
Object Class: Euclid
Special Containment Procedure: SCP-4137 is to be enclosed in a 10 foot tall perimeter fence topped with razor wire. The fence must be at least 100 yards from the outer walls of SCP-4137 to ensure ample space for SCP-4137-1, SCP-4137-2, SCP-4137-3, and SCP-4137-4 to wander about. Five watchtowers are to be evenly spaced out along the perimeter and manned by at least two security officers each to ensure no outsiders enter the premise and to prevent any individuals within SCP-4137 from leaving. Guards are to be equipped with gas masks and a new supply of clean filters daily.
Description: SCP-4137 is a four story building located in █████ ███████. SCP-4137 has the layout and equipment reminiscent of an insane asylum in the early 1900's. 147 humanoid SCPs inbabbit the premecess. SCP-4137 is composed of one main building with three wings branching off of it in the shape of a T, and a smaller rectangular shaped construct with no perceivable doors or windows, though SCP-4137-1 has been seen entering and exiting it. All attempts to enter and or open the second building of SCP-4137 have failed or been meet with disruption from SCP-4137-2 resulting in several casualties.
SCP-4137 is a fully functioning asylum though not connected to any power grid or sewage system. How this is possible has not been determined. It is also fully stocked with the necessary supplies of food, medication and other normal essentials. This supply never seems to dwindle, though removing of the materials of any by anyone other than SCP-4137-1, SCP-4137-2, SCP-4137-3 will result in that person's termination. Usually at the hands of SCP-4137-2.
The tenants of SCP-4137 are separated into four subcategories.
SCP-4137-1 Is a tall man measuring over 6 meters in height dressed in the garb of a doctor from the early 1900's. It constantly wears a gas mask without the filter. It acts and is treated by the other inhabitants of SCP-4137 as the head of operations. When ever conversing with SCP-4137-1 it is to referred to as THE DOCTOR. SCP-4137-1 will introduce itself by various different names though all will contain the title "Doctor". SCP-4137-1 was most compliant when approached by foundation staff. Although not on board with the containment of SCP-4137, they eventually conceded after assurances of no tampering by foundation members.
SCP-4137-1 is the only individual capable of entering and exiting the secondary building on the premise of SCP-4137. Any attempts to follow him in or track him when he enters have failed. Further experiments to be run.
Do not attempt to remove SCP-4137-1's gas mask. When on-site specialist Dr. ██████ ████████████ attempted to accomplish this SCP-4137-1 grabbed his head in one hand and smashed it against a nearby wall pulverizing it to mush. After this SCP-4137-1 returned to his normal state. After this incident SCP-4137-1 has been recorded introducing itself as Dr. ██████ ████████████. It is unclear if this is because he was a Doctor as well or because he took the man's life. Further experiments involving SCP-4137-1 are prohibited.
SCP-4137-2 Is a 1 and a half meter tall female wearing what appears to be a mix of a nurses uniform and a straight jacket. SCP-4137-2 also wears a gas mask covering their face with long dark hair sticking out from underneath. SCP-4137-2 acts as SCP-4137-1 right hand woman and is allowed large amounts of freedom in SCP-4137. They perform several autopsies and experiments on SCP-4137-4 and appear to be highly sadistic and violent. Will attack any personel that it finds on the grounds of SCP-4137. Do not approach SCP-4137-2 unless accompanied by SCP-4137-1. Careful monitoring of SCP-4137-2 is required to ensure no more staff casualties occur. A supply of previously deceased D Class personnel are to be provided to SCP-4137-2 to keep their attention away from the perimeter guards when necessary.
SCP-4137-3 Acts as the attendants and staff of SCP-4137 attending to SCP-4137-4. Also wears a gas mask to hide their features. SCP-4137-3 Wander around on predictable and predesignated routes and actions unless interaction with SCP-4137-1 in which new routines are established. Removal of SCP-4137-3's gas mask will result in a slight alteration of their path to obtain another one before continuing on. Attempts to communicate or disrupt their routines have all ended in failure. On multiple occasions SCP-4137-2 has stumbled upon researchers performing these experiments and captured all personnel involved. Attempts to free researchers resulted in further loss of life. Perimeter guards record hearing their screams. Further experimentation postponed until further notice.
SCP-4137-4 Are the patients of SCP-4137. Are the only inhabitants of SCP-4137 to not wear gas masks. Treated by SCP-4137-3 and experimented on by SCP-4137-2. However, no matter how many are killed by SCP-4137-2 there never seems to be a decrease in the population. Autopsies of SCP-4137-4 reveal normal human bodily functions. In all cases of autopsies unknown substances where found within the bodies. When questioned SCP-4137-1 informed researchers it was their medication. Further questioning reveals nothing.
Addendum 4137: [REDACTED]
Addendum 4137-2: Extermination notice for SCP-4137-2 issued to silence their hindrance of experiments and violent attacks on Fondation members. MTF Epsilon-6 unit was dispatched to carry out the order. SCP-4137-2 attacked the task force killing several members with various medical implements. Multiple hits confirmed on SCP-4137-2's supposive vitals. No effect. SCP-4137-2 is currently unable to be neutralized by known means. Further information is needed to properly complete the order.
Note the withdrawal of MTF Epsilon-6 was only possible due to the intervention of SCP-4137-1.
In the case of the loss of SCP-4137-1 the whole site is to be neutralized and all inhabitants terminated. Without the intervention of SCP-4137-1 there is nothing that could restrain SCP-4137-2.
Addendum: All experiments involving SCP-4137 and its inhabitants are to be put on hold to prevent further loss of life. As per the orders of Dr. Jaime Marlowe.
