In case the mirrors are broken the security cameras are to be on at all times and a class D will be ordered to place more mirrors in the room. if Scp 5428 is to escape containment all heavy containment doors are to be reinforced with 1 lb of steel and all Guards are to shoot 3 class Ds in the eyes.
