Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a standard sized room with electrical fencing lining each wall, the ceiling and 2.5cm below the floor. Non electrified furniture is permitted given that it is non-metal and is sturdy enough not to break under 1500kg of weight
Description: SCP-XXXX is a humanoid entity, roughly 2.5 meters in height. Subject is an abnormally large adult human skeleton wearing a black hooded cloak obscuring its entire body leaving only its head (Skull) visible. Its skull spine and pelvis are coated in a golden metallic substance and embedded in jewels. the composition of this coating and the jewels are unknown due to its anomalous endurance, preventing samples to be taken or tests to be made. X-ray examination suggests the exposed skeleton is roughly 600 years old however the fact that it still remains in motion after decomposition may have caused this to be overestimated, we are unable to accurately determine an age1.
The cloak is, upon closer examination, completely gaseous and composed of mostly iron, aluminium, copper, nickel and hydrogen. Despite its composition the cloak sustains a constant temperature of 5 °C, the reason for this is unknown. Despite many attempts the complete removal of SCP-XXXXs cloak through a vacuum or chemical reaction seems impossible, ~22% of SCP-XXXXs cloak has been removed through these methods however the cloak seems to have become immune to these methods.
SCP-XXXX remains at a constant 2.5cm above the ground when standing and moving (Movement phase). When sitting or lying SCP-XXXX does make contact with the floor (Static phase). Any transition metals that meet the following requirements-
-Are above ground
-Are below SCP-XXXX during its movement phase
- weigh under 22g
Will evaporate and become part of SCP-XXXXs cloak. Any metal other than iron, copper and nickel will be untraceable their after and will not add to the mass of the cloak.
SCP-XXXX has the ability to pass through walls of any thickness or composition. This ability can be negated if it comes into contact with an electrical current, as a result this ability does not work in most modern buildings.
SCP-XXXX regularly attempts to escape containment to visit people it claims are “worthy” ~65 minutes before their death (Gift phase). When visiting these individuals (Whom will hereby be referred to as SCP-XXXX-2) SCP-XXXX appears invisible to all those except SCP-XXXX-2. It will offer proceed to introduce its self to SCP-XXXX-2 as “The Reaper of the Pure and Righteous” or “The Reaper of the Good” and offer them one wish. If the wish is possible within the context of SCP-XXXX-2s life it will be granted, meaning that as long as the instance of SCP-XXXX-2 could have the wish granted without anomalous influence, whilst remaining as a 'worthy' it will occur. What it means to remain 'worthy' is not yet fully understood. SCP-XXXX-2 will then spend their last 60 minutes living through their wish before expiring.
If SCP-XXXX-2’s wish is not achievable by non-anomalous means, they will fall to sleep and experience their wish through a dream for 60 minutes before expiring.
