Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXX is to be locked inside site-17 in security locker 4-C. Access maybe granted by any Level 4 Security officer on site for experimental use and testing.
No research team is currently assigned to SCP-XXX but level 2 researcher may ask any level 4 Security officers for approval of testing and research. SCP-XXX can be normally operated by any personnel. No personnel with violent tendencies are to hold or operate SCP-XXX at any given time.(See Addendum D)

Description:SCP-XXX is a 1 m long object resembling a common Baseball bat with the exception of its pink color, sharpened end and teeth from various species growing out of the striking area. Most of the teeth on SCP-XXX appear to be from Human descent though this could only be proven visually (See Addendum D) because of the fact that the teeth are permanently fixed to SCP-XXX and cannot be removed without completely destroying the teeth and "harming" the object itself which is why no successful DNA recovery or in depth Research has been made in fear for causing the neutralization of SCP-XXX(See more Addendum D).

Other less visible anomalous capabilities include a faint pulsation coming from the upper section of the grip and quiet sounds of liquid coming from within SCP-XXX. SCP-XXX appears to be alive for this fact but it hasn't been fully proven yet (For more Information about SCP-XXX anatomy see Addendum D)

Instances of dog teeth more precisely those of a Pit bull

Ursus arctos horribilis also known as grizzly bear

Other unidentifiable species

The teeth of an anomalous species known to the Foundation as SCP-3199 ( It is currently unknown how and when SCP-XXX came in contact with SCP-3199

Recovery: Reports of a massive gang fight² in Chicago Illinois with ██ casualties and ██ wounded civilians and gang members attracted the attention of an undercover foundation Agent. K████ in the local police force. After the local police force arrived and took control of the scene all evidence and weapons³ were collected by the police. Under these items was SCP-XXX who was believed to be an ordinary bat at the time by the police officers who didn't suspect anything besides Agent. K████ who took SCP-XXX and brought it into Foundation Custody were its anomalous abilities were soon realized. Agent.K████ was praised for his discovery of the anomalous abilities of the bat itself.

Addendum A: During a major Containment breach caused by SCP-579 ( Incident D-467) , a group of organised D-class who escaped broke in to the Euclid holding section of Site-17 where the D-Class caused multiple breaches and the theft of multiple anomalous objects and weapons just as SCP-XXX and SCP-127. Due to the failure of the security force deployed on Site.17, SCP-579 rampage and the absence of Security officer Adam B█████ MTF Nu-7 ("Hammer Down") was deployed to Site 17 in fear of further damage and containment breaches. During this MTF Nu-7 re-established temporary containment of SCP-579 and terminated the D-class taking part in the outbreak. Casualties were established to be 60 D-Class,███ Foundation employed personnel and ██ MTF Nu-7 Operatives. At least 10 Operative casualties were due to the D-Class outbreak with one Casualty

Addendum B: After the events of Incident D-467 SCP-XXX was successfully recovered. Research looking into SCP-XXX was approved by security officer Adam B█████. Research results summarized in Addendum C.

Addendum C: SCP-XXX came to the attention of onsite researchers after its recovery. SCP-XXX was found near the corpses of multiple D-class personnel and Agent ████████ who was supposedly ganged upon multiple D-class. The research focused on finding out the origin of the teeth on SCP-XXX striking area when researcher Dr. Ovcharka found out that more teeth had shown up on the bat itself after Incident-467. Research into the origin of these new additions began immediately afterwards.

Test: SCP-XXX-01

Items: SCP-XXX

Test objective: Finding out the origin of the newly added teeth to SCP-XXX and

Procedure: 2 of the added human teeth are to pulled out and then analyzed for their origin.

Results: Teeth showed extreme resilience against tools and attempts to pull them out. This lead to the believe that the teeth were not in fact human but copies of the species SCP-XXX made contact with. This was disproved after DNA tests showed that the teeth belonged to the late Agent ████████
who was killed in Incident D-467. Though autopsy had revealed that the Agent indeed had lost teeth in the assault but not those who where found on SCP-XXX.

Note: It seems like the teeth of SCP-XXX victims are generated onto SCP-XXX but not "stolen".

Test: SCP-XXX-02

Items: SCP-XXX, 10 normal lab breed mice.

Procedure: Contact with SCP-XXX and mice will be made to establish the rules in which SCP-XXX generates its teeth.

Results: After a waiting period of 1 hour nothing hadhappened after simple contact was made. Afterwards the research team came to the conclusion that contact with the subjects blood or other DNA carrier had to be made but this failed too after a small incision was made on one of the mice and the bat pressed against the wound.

Note: It seems we may have been wrong about this theory afterall.
