The 'gun bag'

Item #: SCP-45

Object Class: Safe Keter

Special containment procedures:
SCP-45 requires no advanced form of containment of late and is to be placed on a pedestal in a standard containment area.
SCP-45 is to be contained within an airtight steel container. D-class personnel must be instructed to replace this container on a monthly bases. Under no other circumstances are any personnel allowed to go near SCP-45 or container to prevent another event similar to the [REDACTED] incident.

Description:
SCP-45 is a bag resembling the one SCP-049 carries with him, and also shares some similarities to SCP-101 (including a basic level of sentience). Research is still being conducted to indicate if there is a relation.

SCP-45 was originally found to be relatively safe, showing no hostile activity. Originally, SCP would contain a large number of harmless items. (often consisting of candy bars, toys, electronics, and occasionally books). Studies showed nothing lethal to be contained in these items and were deemed safe to use. However, after approximately 5 months of containment, SCP-45 started producing much more lethal objects; Guns (pistols and shotguns, which seems impossible due to the size of the bag), explosives (often C4 and grenades), and in fewer occasions, active electrical wires. All objects worked as expected, and SCP-45 was updated do Euclid status.

After another 10 months in containment, SCP-45 began producing unknown particles into the air. Studies showed that anybody who inhaled these particles would suddenly be completed by an unknown force to open the bag. Upon opening the bag, the subject would always draw out a fire-arm of some kind (many cases show different weapons coming from different time eras). At this point, the subject is addressed as SCP-45-A. SCP-45-A will become hyper-aggressive, and will immediately attempt to shoot and kill any other people nearby. Researchers have decided to keep SCP-45 in an airtight steel case. After another month, the inside of the case became extremely volatile, and the steel surrounding SCP-45 showed signs of massive decay. D-class must regularly change the container every month while wearing a protective suit. SCP-45 has been updated to Keter. Requests to neutralize SCP-45 are being contemplated
