Special containment procedures: Dr I.L Jackson is allowed free roam of site 19 and has been given level 3 security clearance. However Dr Jackson is not allowed to leave site 19 without armed guards and must remain within a 2 kilometre area of the site. He is allowed access to media entertainment and all facility records within his clearance level . He is allowed to have monitored phone calls to his family for a maximum of 1 hour a week. Dr Jackson can be exposed to certain SCP’s upon request.
Description: Dr I.L Jackson is a man with a weight of 75kg and a hight of 1.85 metres. Dr Jackson cannot have his memory altered by any means and is unaffected by all forms of anti-memetic agents and cognitohazards. Other notable features are his ability to observe SCP-096’s face without affecting it and his ability to tell if something is true or a lie with perfect accuracy. He is unnoticed or ignored by most aggressive entity’s.
