Special containment procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained with a titanium pencil case within titanium and concrete reinforced safe, with a combination only known to level 5 researchers and is often changed depending on the month, as a person guarding it shall not be in duty of the object for more than 1 month, this is also to prevent any leaking of the combination code.
Object description: SCP-XXXX is a seemingly normal BIC 0.7mm HB #2 pencil with a red pocket clip, it is filled with 3 pieces of 0.7mm graphite. Its eraser is intact despite most users using the eraser.
When a subject picks up the pencil will begin experiencing photo epileptic seizures, even if the subject had no past history of epilepsy, immediately causing an airborne infection that anyone without special protective gear will catch and go into a catatonic state. Immediately the subjects deemed SCP-XXXX-1 will begin experiencing hardness of breathing, choking, and coughing/vomiting blood and bleeding from all surfaces like the eyes, genitals, and nose. The blood will then clot and begin to harden and dry.
The subject will then begin to rip flesh and break bones while speaking in what is thought to be tounges or an ancient language. Before finally ripping out and consuming their own heart after staying alive for a few seconds before their bodies explode releasing the virus further.
The object was discovered in a home in ██████, Ohio where mobile task force Delta-14 "The disbanded weapons" were sent to contain the object via remote extraction. A test involving D-████ and researcher ███. D-████ was sent into to touch the object, the exact symptoms were found inside of D-████. Researcher ███ was told to enter the chamber with a hazmat suit. Blacklight studies found the germs would multiply faster on certain surfaces including rubber, for unknown reasons.
