Special Containment Procedures: Any instances are to be contained within a (5) x (5) x (5) meter containment cell with cameras in each corner of the room. Two guards will be posted outside of the containment chamber with two camera operators to maintain watch. All personnel must have an IQ level between 110-120 and score no less than a 70 on the Milgram Obedience Examination to prevent any possible containment breach. Under no circumstances are any personnel to enter SCP-5417's chamber without permission from Dr.████. In the event of containment breach, all personnel are to refrain from following SCP-5417 into any rooms that are unsupervised by other personnel. Task Force Theta-804 ("Master Baiters") will be tasked with re-containing SCP-5417 to a new site.
Description: SCP-5417, also known as "The Human Tripwire", is a humanoid figure measuring an approximate height of 1.84 m and appearing to resemble a 43-year old French man. SCP-5417 posses a cognitohazard where any person who observes SCP-5417 will be lured into a room that contains more than one blind spot near its entrance. Upon entry, the affected individual will instantly be [REDACTED] by two instances, henceforth known as SCP-5417-1 & SCP-5417-2, that now occupy the blind spots. The affected individuals of SCP-5417 most notably score lower than average results on an IQ test, which may be the primary reason for how SCP-5417 selects its targets.
SCP-5417-1 and SCP-5417-2 are both identical, normally appearing as humanoid soldiers that serve in the [REDACTED] Army. These instances wield C-100 Rocket Launchers, however, unlike the standard one-use launchers that are based in [REDACTED], these launchers are capable of containing, at most, 3 rockets at a time. These rockets are standard High Explosive Anti-Tank rounds with the biggest difference being that the rockets are lined with an anomalous element that causes complete [DATA EXPUNGED] when coming into contact with the subject. These instances will only appear in a rooms blind spots once SCP-5417 causes the individual to enter the room.
Addendum: After the containment breach of 4/█/████, SCP-5417 must be isolated from all other SCPs to prevent any major loss of life scenarios.
Note: Since the power of SCP-5417 has clearly been shown to the Foundation, it is possible that we could use it, as well as SCP-5417-1 & SCP-5417-2, to possibly terminate SCP-682. Given that SCP-5417 is now isolated at Site-██, the threat of a mass containment breach would be lowered, given that we have the necessary safety precautions to re-contain SCP-682 if termination is unsuccessful.
