Special Containment Procedures: Scp-5138 must be guarded by atleast 4 guards that are completely loyal to the foundation without any kind of family members alive. Scp-5138 cell must have a reflective glass so he can't have any kind of visual contact with someone outside his cell. Every night an procedure named "illusion break" is made, in this process a tem of 3 guards with fire-resistance clothes should enter the room and start spreading gasoline, after the room is almost filled they throw a lighter in the floor, the fire created breaks all illusions in the room.
Description: Scp-5138 also named "The illusion master" is a normal size and super intelligent talking Raven with a power to create illusions in the room around him, tests showed that if he sees someone, he can see into that person mind. Scp-5138 kills by seeing the people most strongest fears and weakness and recreating a scene that will make the person horrified, making them kill themselfs or people around them. It was discovered that Scp-5138 is fire resistant, but his illusions are broken by fire.
Addendum 1: In the box classification test, Scp-5138 created a illusion that looked like he vanished from the box, all personnels entered the room letting Scp-5138 escape trough the open the door. After he entered the observation room, he closed the door, deactivated the alarm system and created another vanish illusion, luckly another guard entered the room, suprised, he dropped his cigarret next to the hidden Raven, the fire from the cigarret stopped the illusion, the Raven just looked at him and said "1 point for the foundation".
Addendum 2: In the day:◼◼/◼◼/◼◼◼◼ an incident named "Incident-RIk-1" happend. In this incident the reflective glass wasn't installed yet.
Incident-Rlk-1: In this incident Scp-5138 looked at Dr.◼◼◼◼ mind and made a scene of an Scp guard killing his sons and wife, shocked, Dr.◼◼◼◼ got his gun and started shooting towards the room personnels, a guard reacted fast enought to neutralize him before he made somethig worse. 1 person died in the incident.
