Special Containment Procedures: Mobile Task Force Sierra-14 "Outback Lookout" was formed by order of the O5 Council to keep constant surveillance on SCP-4530 and it's surrounding areas. When an unidentified object such as a boat, or a plane enters SCP-4530, Mobile Task Force Sierra-14 is to be dispatched to the location of the object. Class-A amnestics are to be administered to any individual present at the object's location. Optionally, memory altering devices may be used on the individual(s) if necessary.

Due to the nature of SCP-4530, only personnel with Level 3/4530 clearance or above may have access to this file.

Description: SCP-4530 is a piece of land located entirely in the southern hemisphere. SCP-4530 covers 7,682,300 square kilometers of land and 58,920 square kilometers of water. Scans of both the land and water areas of SCP-4530 implies that SCP-4530 is entirely uninhibited by any known lifeforms. Testing have shown that attempting to produce life anywhere in SCP-4530's proximity always leads to failure. Multiple lifeforms have been found inhibiting SCP-4530.

Primary anomalous effect of SCP-4530 is a phenomenon where most, if not all, of the public perceives SCP-4530 as an anglophonic country with it's own culture, economy, ecosystem, and population.
Manifestations of humanoid entities in SCP-4530 has been noted, but no direct evidence that these entities exist have been found. These entities resemble normal humans, no physical deformities are seen on these entities. Instances of SCP-4530-B spend most of their time performing standard human activities, including, but not limited to, working, sleeping, and eating. Whether or not subjects require substances, such as food and water, to "live" is unknown. Attempts to communicate with instances of SCP-4530-B, have been proven successful. Personalities of SCP-4530-B instances have been shown to vary from instance to instance. Some instances have proven to be friendly and helpful, while some have shown to be aggressive and hostile.

Multiple testings on SCP-4530 and it's "inhabitants" has been noted and logged, but whether or not these tests have even occurred in the first place is unknown.

Along SCP-4530-B instances, SCP 4530 is populated by █,███ other kinds creatures. Some of these creatures have been found to be passive, while some have been found to be extremely hostile, injuring multiple foundation personnel and even causing death.
