Order [REDACTED] is the final response to any military or area unable to comply. The first action is to carpet bomb the area with pictures of SCP-096 "The shy guy". After this SCP-666 "Dr. Gerold" should be giving an advanced battle tank and told to drive it threw the area. After all major threats are terminated a group of MTFs should be sent in. If all of these actions fail then an item on the list for SCP-1 should be chosen and used under extremely tight protocol and imminently recaptured and restrained.
