Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5223 is to be contained in a no less 10 x 10(16ft x 16ft) and is trapped in a box created by one of the scientist. The room is to be filled with cameras at all times for observational purposes. The walls are to be reinforced and windows. The outside is to be filled with 8/10 soldiers.
Can control any human and sub human SCP. SCP is to be watched 24 hours at all time. A alarm system is to be rang in 5 minutes, if SCP is to escape. If SCP-5223 is to escape, SCP-343 will show up immediately to try and stop him. If SCP fails SCP will release all SCP's into the world.
Description: SCP-5223 is creature with black skin and has only a mouth for its face. SCP-5223 wears a suit. The SCP knows everything about the foundation, the serpent hand and where are other the locations of other SCP's in hiding, The SCP is the master of the mind and can move physical objects with its mind and can levitated from one place to another. The SCP can move matter, change time and the weather for his own benefit. The SCP is body can become bigger and smaller, his limbs can be can change, it morph is body into anything, it can make clones of himself and can mimick and change its voice to anything and make an illusion of anything
The SCP can summon objects a will and has super speed and can create a pocket dimension. The SCP can be useful for only if you make a deal with it.

Discovery: SCP-5223 was first discovered in the by a Dr Samuel D White. The SCP came through a dream, where the SCP-5223 told him on how SCP first came about. Doctor wanted to know more and so they the SCP-5223 told him to make a device/portal. The doctor agreed and they went to work, it took them day and night with an entire team. Until it was complete they tested out the portal using a D-class. When he came back a rift started opening and they could see what kind of thing where in it.
Luckily for them they managed to contain the rift in a box and the experiment came to a stop. When the doctor went back to sleep the SCP-5223 was there. The doctor asked, what was is it that we saw in the other side of the portal. It said we'll when that box breaks this world will have a party like no other and I WILL BE ITS HOST FREEING THE SCP'S, until then i will be watching you WATCHING YOU.
origins: The SCP origins was written in a cave(unknown). They write of a prophesy saying they will be a creature from another world coming to create chaos to the the creatures that work the surface. The SCP-5223 is to be stronger than all SCP and the person who trapped in his own dimension was SCP-343 but the SCP said that he got lucky.
Addendum: The SCP is still unknown but what SCP-343 says he is the created all the SCP and the how they are created. Some are caused by mutation and others are born by with their powers.
