Special Containment Procedures: A Twenty (20) kilometre exclusion zone is set up around the area of SCP-XXXX. Twenty (20) armed security personal are to patrol the outer border of the exclusion zone at all times. Should any un-authorised personal breach the exclusion zone, they are to be terminated on sight.

Ten (10) security personal are to monitor all activity inside of SCP-XXXX and are to report any fluctuations/irregularities in SCP-XXXX's behaviour. All security personal are to be equipped with noise cancelling headphones. due to the nature of SCP-XXXX, security personal are not permitted to speak aloud and should not communicate with each other while inside of SCP-XXXX at any time.

Level 5 clearance or higher is required to communicate with SCP-XXXX No contact is permitted with SCP-XXXX at any time. all research programmes regarding SCP-XXXX have been cancelled.

Should they be moved to a different job within the foundation, personal are to be administered high level amnestic's. it is imperative that no personal have any recollection of the existence of SCP-XXXX.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a library located in the (REDACTED) desert, Texas, United States of America. SCP-XXXX is a four (4) floor building spanning approximately nine and a half thousand (9,500) square metres.

SCP-XXXX contains over 100,000 different books, ranging in all genres. some of these books are from present time, and can be located on many non-anomalous library databases. however a vast amount of these books are un-traceable in global archives and are believed to be published at some point in the future.

SCP-XXXX is a sentient life form that uses telepathic signals to communicate directly with humans. it is believed SCP-XXXX is capable of speaking every known human language. According to information relayed from SCP-XXXX itself, the library is a 'black box' of information that has been removed from its own time line. it is currently unknown how, or when SCP-XXXX appeared at its current location. SCP-XXXX is believed to have been moved to present time from a version of earth in the distant future of the human race, however this is disputed.

SCP-XXXX was first located in 2009 by a foundation recon unit during their attempt to locate SCP-(BLANK) after it breached containment. after notifying the high council, foundation researches were dispatched to the sight of SCP-XXXX to study it. these study's were somewhat successful, however they resulted in a significant loss of life due to the spread of potentially harmful information about the future of the human race.
