SCP-4073 must be monitored by at least (2) level 2 class personnel. Janitor personnel are to check for structural damage in SCP-4073's Containment Cell. Janitorial personnel are to refuel the generator powering SCP-4073's Cell every 32 hours.
2 psychiatric management personnel are to meet SCP-4073 for a 5 hour session every week. 1-2 armed personnel are to guard and monitor SCP-4073 20 hours a day. (Depends on sleeping pattern) Only Level 2 personnel or higher are allowed to enter SCP-4073 Containment cell, if lower personnel are attempting to enter SCP-4073 cell, they will be terminated.
Description: SCP-4073 is a Humanoid Figure standing at 6,7 and has 5 skin strands that resemble the shape of 4 newborn's and one Human Scalp SCP-4073 Was found in a abandoned concrete structure in [DATA EXPUNGED] after a report of a woman "Going into the abandoned orphanage with a Newborn without skin" Amnestics administered. The Foundation was notified by the Russian Government of an anomalous object after there was a police report of a "skinless child of 3 feet in height stealing 4 babies from an orphanage" 13 miles from the abandoned concrete structure that SCP-4073 was nesting in. 3 Agents were administered and found SCP-4073 in the structure 4 days after Report. Agents reported that SCP-4073 was "Skinning a child's skin and draping it's skin over it's body… and there was 3 skinned babies 'Dead' of course…" SCP-4073 upon being brought in was: entirely composed of human muscles, had no eyes or eye sockets, holes on the side of head appearing to be ear-holes, 3 finger-like Appendages 1 Appendage on right hand that is sticky and 2 on the right hand that are sharp and act like scissors.

SCP-4073 is a predatory being that knows most of the basic English vocabulary, SCP-4073 now has covered it's entire body with human skin from breach. SCP-4073 has caused 1 breach, causing (14) casualties. SCP-4073 has protective scales made of skin protecting itself from small arms fire and large amounts of heat. SCP-4073's main prey is humans, although it's preferable prey is Infants and babies. When SCP-4073 finds prey it will climb onto any surface that gives it a tactical advantage, then leaps at prey and pins them down and slits their throat, this process can take up to 17 minutes and has jumped at 117 mph. SCP-4073 prefers to hunt in the dark and uses echo-location to sense it's prey. SCP-4073 then starts skinning the prey once it's dead which usually will take 30-60 mins. after SCP-4073 Skin's it's prey it will drag the body to it's nesting place and hang the bodies up with a strand of their skin, the rest of the skin is used as Armour. SCP-4073 knows full English and can draw prey towards it by screaming for help, or crying like a baby. The two Appendages on SCP-4073 right hand have turned into sharp claws that extend 8 inches outwards, the one Appendage on SCP-4073's left hand is now a pipe like structure used to stun or knock out prey too strong for SCP-4073.
