The Lunar doorway

The Lunar doorway is a doorway that affects the age of whoever walks through dependant on the moon phase at the moment of the sacrifice, if the phase is waxing then the sacrifice will lose age along with memories that they gained after the age they have become. The more full the moon is the larger this effect even going so far as transforming some D-classes into an egg and a sperm. However if the phase is waning then the sacrifice will age multiple years with the strongest effect on new moons. When questioned the sacrifices have spoke about living full and happy lives unless they have caused a lot of wrongs in their life, in that case they will have had terrible lives of turmoil and pain. If a subject walks through in a blood moon an ageing effect will occur but instead of remembering any sort of life they remember a life trapped in a room with the door that they entered through gone until recently when it appeared and walked through to escape. Approximately 60% of people who have gone through in a blood moon have also stated that they saw other sacrifices from waning moon phases lying slumped with eyes covered in a fleshy substance. This struck up a hypothesis that the people who walk through are trapped in the room watching illusions created by the SCP itself instead of what could have been if they hadn’t gone through. Unfortunately this hypothesis can’t be confirmed as the people who walk through are unable to lead those lives due to age and knowing what may happen. One person must walk through once per month otherwise the door will transfer its properties to another door within half a mile and destroy the door it was originally manifested in. In the case of a blue moon the door will subtract a phenomenally large amount of age resulting in the age loss going up family trees once reviving a subjects great great grandparents and making everyone in his family younger than him unborn. This deeply confused the great great grandparents who had no idea who any of them were. In a solar eclipse the effects of the aging are increased usually causing a rotting corpse to fall out of the other side of the door that usually falls apart due to tendons deteriorating. On a lunar eclipse the effects of the door don’t happen at all and you can step through without any age changes although the door will not accept this as going through and will not stay still if this is the only time someone walks through in the month.
