Research Log
Foundation Personnel found: one living farmer, one deceased farmer, a deceased creature resembling a large canine, and a child. All four were contained.
The deceased farmer appeared to have gone through some form of hastened decay. Additionally, multiple canine bite wounds were evident. Due to the decayed state of the cadaver, some wounds on the legs were misidentified as recent, when in fact, they were scars, and were at least a year old.
Living farmer was [redacted]
Deceased canine was discovered near the cadaver. It had succumbed to multiple gunshots from a shotgun owned by the living farmer. It resembled a canine, with the exception that it was two meters long, and its mouth and teeth were much larger than on any natural canine. Further testing revealed [redacted] (This object was initially designated as SCP####, as it was deemed the primary object. Later, it was reclassified as a secondary object, and its designation was changed to SCP####-A)
The child resembled an ordinary human child. There was a slash on the child's stomach that had sealed up, but not yet healed. The child was initially determined to be a secondary factor, but was later reclassified as the primary object.
The child was placed in a standard human observation cell. The child was unresponsive, despite appearing to be in pain. Child did not interact with researchers. Child did not eat, sleep, or drink.
56 days after the child was placed in an observation cell, multiple notable events transpired. Unusual energy readings were monitored in the observation cell. The observation cell was breached by force from inside. [Researcher 1] was found dead, in the same decayed state as the deceased farmer was found. A large(1.5 meters) wasp like creature was discovered near [Researcher 1]. Wasp was [Redacted]. Wasp was confirmed as the cause of death.
Concurrently [Researcher 2], who was initially part of the research team before being transferred, started to show signs of fatigue and restlessness. A large(3 meters) centipede was discovered traversing the facility through ventilation. It seemed to have been pursuing [Researcher 2]. Centipede was immediately [Redacted].
The child was moved from a human cell to a reinforced biohazard chamber.
The [Redacted] process was observed when [Data expunged]. After further testing, the process was successfully replicated by [Redacted].
Researchers determined the wound over the child's stomach to be the source of [Redacted].
Test subjects were interviewed about past trauma, and psychological disposition beforehand. [Redacted]. Researchers concluded that these concepts tended to be related less to abstract things, like worry and existential dread, and instead, to tangible things, like terror, revulsion, and “gut-reactions”. Test subject reactions imply [Data expunged].
[Data Expunged]. [Redacted] is believed to have fled the facility without notice. [Data expunged]. [Redacted] escaped the facility after security was unable to contain it. Search and Recover operation resulted in [Data Expunged]
