Special Containment Procedures: SCP-9446 is to be allowed access to the facility, outside of it's containment cell, not including anything that may allow the entity to escape confinement or allow other anomalies to escape without permission and observation. SCP-9446 is allowed to communicate with staff at it's leisure, and can access certain other anomalies upon request, however must still be monitored.
SCP-9446's containment cell is to be moderately comfortable, with the amenities typically held by a middle class, single, human male. SCP-9446 shall be given one hour of time each day in which it is not monitored. SCP-9446 is to be access to foundation approved television, and a computer with foundation approved websites and programs.
SCP-9446 should be given fluctuating levels of access to SCP files. SCP-9446 uses these files to communicate with the counterparts of the foundation in other realities, in order to allow containment of uncontained or undiscovered anomalous entities. Through information gained from counterparts of the foundation within other realities, this realities foundation has contained [DATA EXPUNGED] anomalous entities and objects. With information gained from this realities foundation, the foundations counterparts in alternate dimensions have contained [DATA EXPUNGED] entities and objects.
SCP-9446 is allowed to access any section of cite [DATA EXPUNGED] or leave cite [DATA EXPUNGED] with permission. SCP-9446 has, and can be given, access to foundation weapons when appropriate, usually during the containment or tracking of an entity or object of which SCP-9446 has been given containment information about from the foundations counterparts in alternate realities. These situations must be life-threatening to the entity or to nearby foundation personnel.
Description: SCP-9446 is an involuntary reality bending humanoid. SCP-9446 shares a mind and body with his own counterparts throughout alternate dimensions. Said anomalous properties cause multiple mental and physical health problems for the entity.
The entity is an adult, caucasian male, currently 24 years of age, roughly 1.7 meters in height and 72 kilograms in weight. SCP-9446 possesses brown hair, blue eyes and an average build. Due to it's anomalous properties, SCP-9446 suffers from a unique form of tourettes, catatonic schizophrenia, along with hebephrenic schizophrenia, and generalized anxiety disorder.
The entity comes across to be violently shaking to the point where he appears blurry. In actuality, the specimen is split between all existing realities where a counterpart of his is in existence, either dead or alive. SCP-9446 shares a mind and body with most of his counterparts throughout the multiverse.
However, in some spaces, a counterpart exists only due to the entities anomalous properties. Therefore, SCP-9446 is experiencing realities wherein mortals, high-intelligence humanoids, or any other human counterpart exists along side him. SCP-9446 has reported that in a group of realities he interacts with beings of a "higher level than you or I."
SCP-9446 underwent a relatively normal childhood, living with two heterosexual parents in a suburban setting. SCP-9446 did not begin to show anomalous properties until he reached the age of seventeen in our reality. SCP-9446 was discovered by the foundation within a psychiatric hospital in the state of [DATA EXPUNGED] due to his constant ramblings. During it's time in the hospital, SCP-9446 had not yet begun to show physical anomalous properties. The reason for the slow development of the entity's anomalous is as of yet unknown.
SCP-9446 has an in depth understanding of world history, biology, and language in case any of this information is needed by the entity in an alternate reality.
SCP-9446 has requested multiple times to be made foundation personnel. Said request has, and should be, denied everytime until plausible reason is properly given. As of this moment, the subject has given reasons including and similar to "I just feel like since I help out so much I…' Subject halted speaking after personnel started shaking head horizontally.
Having experienced death, and being dead, the entity has been questioned on how the experience of being killed, dying, and already being dead is feels. He can be quoted as saying "Dying is like falling. Not being alive is like not being yet born." The subject refused to elaborate.
SCP-9446 is otherwise cooperative, except when questioning on alternate realities goes rather in depth. The reason given is that high-level entities have asked him to help keep dimensions apart, and that he has been "trusted" with his abilities and using them correctly.
The subject responds to multiple names, not having the ability to remember his name in this reality is [DATA EXPUNGED]. However, the entity prefers to be labeled "Jason," "Luke," "Samantha," "Cheyenne," "Zhang Wei," and "Jakubek Dabrowski."
