Special Containment Procedures: No known method has been able to contain SCP-XXXX, but there are methods to prevent it from appearing. All malls, department stores, or any store that has mannequins, must have all the employees be on there best behavior in front of the mannequins. If an employee is rude, they will be counseled, and told that "You will be fired from your job if you don't start acting nice, you are scaring away customers." This person will also have to take the bus for 1 week, and any actions against it, will result in containment for a week, and the subject getting amnesties. Any employees at the store who has displayed violent actions in front of, or to any mannequins, should be put in containment for 1 week, given anesthetics, and not be allowed to be outside at night for another 2 weeks. Any instances of SCP-XXXX-1, will be contained, and be required to apologize to anyone or anything they have hurt in front of the mannequins, and this should be done in front of a mannequin. Any large store with mannequins will have one agent to report any sort of violence. Also, any large cities like ███ ████,███████, or █████████, should have at least 3 agents monitoring it.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a department store mannequin, wearing a generic male tuxedo and pants, with a brown hat on. Its outfit varies based on the location and year (i.e. older style or newer style). It manifests at night on sidewalks, following its target. Its target will be a worker at a store with mannequins, who has been rude in front of the mannequins (Rudeness does not have to be directed at anything in particular, i.e. job, customer, boss, society, etc.). XXXX starts about a mile back, and gets closer every time its target turns to look at it. The creature can only be seen out of the edge of the eye, and will disappear if tried to be looked at. It gives its target the feeling that they are being followed, and watched. If the subject has ever displayed violence in front of any mannequin, the actions of SCP-XXXX will be worse, and will create instances of SCP-XXXX-1. If violence was observed, XXXX will come closer on its own, and when it reaches its victim, it will pick them up by there neck, start choking them, and whispered things that a victim. Here is a interview with a victim of XXXX, "…The man, he picked me up, I was struggling, but he was extremely strong, picked me up with one hand. Anyway, he spoke in a language that I couldn't recognize, but I understood. He said things like, 'Bad human', 'Feel our Pain', and 'Now you are me'. The words echoed in me until I passed out, but when I woke up he was gone." SCP-XXXX will turn people into "mannequins", which is referred to as SCP-XXXX-1. Symptoms of the transformation include, paling of skin, loss of hair, and losing extreme amounts of weight to the point where the XXXX-1 will die. XXXX-1 symptoms will continue until the victim has apologized to whoever, or what ever they hurt, this has to be in front of a mannequin, and the other person must say "I forgive you" or the symptoms will continue.
SCP-XXXX was found after the SCP Foundation received reports from ███████, that mannequins were stalking local store workers. The police thought it was a prank, but saw a man floating in the air while choking, and then fell on the ground, then when SCP-XXXX went to the edge of the officer's vision, he saw it. Video and photos will not show SCP-XXXX on them. Audio of anything XXXX has said, has not worked, and there is no way to capture SCP-XXXX, because it will disappear at sunrise. It can obviously teleport, but it has also been able to do things such as trip a person who started running, from 200 feet away. It has seen manifesting in more then one spot at a time, and has even been seen driving a car 23 times, chasing its victim. It has even just killed someone who had extreme violence towards mannequins, they stabbed a mannequin, and it also killed a serial killer. It has attacked a group of three before, and held all of them up with a different arm, which suggest that it can generate limbs. The 3rd arm came from the elbow of the left arm. It seems to have some kind of hive mind with other mannequins, because it seems to know of actions done on any part of the world.
Addendum: Cases of SCP-XXXX-1 used to be around 35 per year, with 32 deaths per year in the 1900s, but cases of XXXX-1 and deaths have plummeted ever since the SCP foundation took control, now it is about 10 cases per year, and about 1 death.
