Description: SCP-4069-1 is a small, wooden box. inside are 4 masks. are described and recorded in the following log.

SCP-4069-2 is a plastic, rectangular mask with a black, velvet band that seems to be fused on a molecular level with the mask. on the bottom right corner of the mask a small date is engraved on it. showing, Feb-██-19██. when placed on subject SCP-4069-2 will resume control of the subject. at 10 seconds. a black band will crawl down the subjects spine and will sprout more similar bands. completely encasing the subjects torso in roughly 15.5 seconds. after this the
