Containment:{{[Starting Report] The Year is [DATA EXPUNGED], time is [DATA EXPUNGED] PM in the frosty ice backs of of [DATA EXPUNGED]. Me and team delta have come across a new entity found buried [DATA EXPUNGED] feet in the ice, We extracted it and the entity immediately re awoke as if it had been sleeping instead of being frozen. It appeared aggressive at first making unknown sounds and something that sounded like hissing, but after 17 minuets of pure silence the entity finally relaxed and almost appeared friendly. After that the entity froze in position and commenced to looking up towards the sky. After 3 hours of doing so the entity returned to it's normal state and than began to speak to me and delta team telepathically. The voice appeared to be the voice of a male with a rough and almost scratchy sound to it. It immediately identified me as the man in charge and than proceeded to ask me of the place it was at and where to go from here.
I gave it the best answers i could and told him of Earth and the work place i resonate from. He than walked a couple feet away and than turned back towards us as if it were deciding on something, to my theory it was. The entity asked me to take him to take him to the facility. When i told him that he was going there anyway he responded with another question, He asked if he was one of the most unique creatures we had ever discovered. I responded with no just the smartest and this statement would carry all the way to the facility.
The entity asked multiple different questions and didn't seem to be stopping some of the workers grew tiresome of the questions while i took them as an opportunity to learn more of the subject. He asked about many things such as Poverty, Politics, Humans, Animals, other SCPs and many more. When we finally arrived to the facility the entity looked around as much as it could without trying to wonder, It stayed close by me and walked directly behind me with team delta. Once the entity went through it's full procedure and analyzed for it's containment size and what class it was. When the doctors determined what kind of cell the entity would be it asked if it could pick it's containment size instead. The men were in shock the creature's telepathic ability, but as i'v already been exposed to it i didn't fear it. The men asked it what it would prefer and it said it would like a regular sized human bedroom, but with nothing inside it of course. The doctors gave it the ok and led the entity away from me, The entity said it's goodbye and asked if he and i would meet again,i than replied with the fact that i was to analyze him the best i could so probably would be back. He said he was glad and than the entity was taken away.

Dr. Clavin: Good morning Subject 009 how are you today?
SCP-009: Hello there Doctor, it's great to see you again it's to bad our visits our always business.
Dr. Calvin: it would appear subject is remaining docile as expected, so tell me 009 how has the facility..felt to you?
SCP-009: Well in all fairness the others aren't very chattery and the ones that are aren't every…well you already know the answer to that.
Dr. Clavin: Well thats a sha-….how..how do you know that?
SCP-009: Oh Doctor did you really believe that i would just rest my mind once i reached inside these walls? oh no there are far too many brilliant opportunities here for me to to just step aside.
Dr. Clavin: What do you mean opportunities?
SCP-009: Oh Doctor do you really think i came here because i want to study this place?
[*A slight muffled sound comes from the translator*]
SCP-009: I came here for your precious subjects.
Dr. Calvin: if thats so than you should have done it when you had the chance, now your in a cell and your now on of the so called "subjects"
[*The recording picks up walking*]
Dr. Clavin: Subject SCP-009 please go back to your assigned position in the room please.
[*The walking continues*]
Dr. Calvin: Subject SCP-009 go BACK to your assigned position or my forces will be forced to use deadly for-
[*A odd otherworldly sound comes from where the recording determines to be the window*]
Dr. Calvin: WHAT THE HELL! HOW THE HELL ARE YOU-
SCP-009: Good Doctor don't mistake my cooperation as a sign of surrender or obedience. I just wanted to see your specimens up close and i must say…they are stunning.
Dr. Calvin: I-I-I—
SCP-009: Make no mistake if i wanted to i would have broken out yesterday or the day before that. I AM NO TOOL FOR YOU!

Subject SCP-009 is seen as some form of alien like creature showing human like features aswell. The Subject can be determined to be about 8 to 9 feet tall clearly shadowing the average human male. It appears to have multiple arms, a set of 4 in front possible used for closer combat? And it has two major ones aswell along with 2 large spider like legs coming form the back. It's reach must at least be about 4 to 5 feet. SCP appears to have no vision but has no trouble getting around during test so it is determined it uses it's Telekinetic abilities to do basic functions. It also appears to be very lanky showing no sign of any muscle mass and would look to be impossible to move with it's own mass, but it accomplishes this regardless. 009 also has odd phenomenon with it's body that allows it to appear that it is facing forward or backward, it's body has no truly identified way of showing if it's front is its back or vice versa. 009 doesn't appear to need to eat or has shown no sign of needing anything though it has mentioned that it likes "water".
SCP-009's Telekinetic ability has been shown to be very powerful and we have concurred many different levels that his abilities may posses. During relocation of 009's cell the entity was traveling in between two different SCP cells, 096's and [DATA EXPUNGED]. During this 009 halted in place and looked in the direction of 096's exact direction. Almost as if called 096 than reacted to 009's presence and looked in it's direction as well. The phenomenon was remarkable and has set the grounds for many other test in the near future. 009 has a very deadly skin condition that it seems to have some control over, but never the less in no less deadly. This skin condition affects anyone who isn't fully covered in clothing or some form of means to block they're skin form being exposed. If even 1% of skin is showing the victim will immediately begin to feel tired and will began to ask 009 if they can "rest", if given permission the victim will immediately lay down and than begin to morph with the floor, but if denied the the victim will than go back to a regular state of conciseness.
SCP-009's Telekinetic ability can go as far as being able to control those in his terms "Are of a weaker mind than his"009 has demonstrated his abilities to us many times showing us his ability to control the minds of others and make them obey him to the point of being able to change the complete structure of an entire building just by using his mind. The most extensive use of his Telekinetic ability was when was able to make subject 682 non-hostile for hours at a time. 009 had also shown the ability walk on any surface no matter how intense, He has shown no fear or emotion to anything except and he also told us on multiple occasions that he is "letting us" keep him here, his ability to phase through objects as well seems to mimic that of subject 106 only it is to our belief that he can phase through anything. 009 sees itself as being much higher being than most of the SCPs, but likes being around them because of the feeling of control.
009 has begun to show demonstrations of some sort of ability that allows it pull and push things away from at intense forces, It's able to bend light around it and like it's shown SCP-009 is able to make intense shock waves, these shock waves as tested can go from phone disruption to complete solar disruption. 009 has never tried to escape and this could be due to the fact that he has said that he "wants to be here"
009 has gotten to talk with many sentient SCPs

SCP-009 and SCP-096
SCP-009 seems to have odd connection to other SCPs sparking a unique reaction to each one. We have yet to do full test with some SCPs, but we have gotten around to testing it on a few of them. Similar to it's first encounter with it 009 was yet again put in front of the cell of 096 and this time 009 when asked to make contact told us that 096 wishes that they wouldn't disturb his mind once more. When asked once again to make contact 009 phased through the wall of 009's cell, at first there was a panic and fear of a confrontation between 2 SCPs and when monitored on camera it appeared that SCP-009 was just facing towards SCP-096, 096 showed no sigh of aggression or any sign of irritation. 009 after 12 minuets of just facing 096 eventually returned to us with no wounds or signs of trauma. The test was a break through and we began to do think of more ways to explore 009's abilities. In response i'v been ordered to get 009 ready for contact with [DATA EXPUNGED].
SCP-009 had begun to show extreme levels of Intellect, Hes been able to tell me everything about human history in matter of minuets and he even talked a little bit about the SCP facility itself. But than he began to describe things about my life and my family and people i'd never had heard of until just now. SCP-009 seems to be able to read people's minds and perhaps even scan people like a computer and read their entire life to some point. He was able to tell me the history of multiple people in the facility and some SCPs aswell. He also seems curious about certain SCPs that he said "I would like to meet". He asked many questions one day while we were doing another Interview, He asked about "The Deer", "The Dumb God" and "The King". His questions went from how they were doing to what were they're unique traits. After i refused to answer questions he became irritated and released [DATA REDACTED] [DATA REDACTED]. After that i decided it would be wise if me and 009 to no longer see each other.}}
SCP-009's motives are clearly unknown, 009 has given no hints or clues to what they're goal is for us or the other SCPs. His mentioning of "The Deer" could in fact be a hint of his intentions, but we can not go into anymore detail with it with such a lack of information. And when asked of it's origin it clearly states "Do not ask that again". Access to SCP-009 is clearance 3 to 4 and will stay that way until the motives of 009 are gained. SCP-009 shall be put in site [DATA EXPUNGED], There is no doubt that if 009 were to turn on us it could possible mean the end of all life on a scale unimaginable.
