Description: SCP-XXXX is a temporal anomaly currently affecting inhabitants of ██████████, Belgium. Affected subjects do not necessarily need to be present in town for the anomaly to take effect (see document A4 for detail). Subjects affected by SCP-XXXX, hereafter referred to as SCP-XXXX-A, are unable to be moved or otherwise interacted with while in stasis.
Every day at 3 PM the effects of SCP-XXXX dissapear for a varying period between 20 and 80 seconds. During this period, instances of SCP-XXXX-A can be interacted with as one would normally. Interaction with SCP-XXXX-A proved difficult at first due to subjects being in a panicked state. With the passage of time, for the subjects that is, interaction has become more manageable. Using public records researchers have estimated that there are about 12340 instances of SCP-XXXX-A currently affected by SCP-XXXX. Dr. xxxxx, has authorized a physicial head-count, for which D-Class are being utilized.
Discovery: SCP-XXXX was first when a Boeiing 747 carrying X passenger crashed off the coast of xxxx under strange circumstances. When authorities arrived they reported an instance of SCP-XXXX-A floating about xxx meters of coast. Foundation personnel was quickly dispatched to the scene. The cause of the crash was determined to be the instance of SCP-XXXX-A, which had ripped a hole in the plane fuselage when it was affected by SCP-XXXX. Off the xxx passengers on the plane, twenty survived. Both the survivors and present non-Foundation authorities were administered with Class A amnestics. The cause of the crash was changed to bird strike for official records.
