Special Containment Procedures: No special Containment procedures are required for SCP-XXXX. SCP is to be contained in a standard humanoid containment chamber and is to be observed by two supervisory personnel.
Given their Docile nature, SCP-XXXX is allowed limited access around Site-06-3 however, he must be accompanied by two Level 2 Security personnel at all times. SCP-XXXX is not allowed access to any SCP chambers with a classification of Euclid.
Description: SCP-XXXX appears to be a male of French ethnicity and is around roughly 23 in years of age and approximately 1.45 meters in height. Subject appears to be dressed as a mime and wears a red hat, a long sleeved zebra striped shirt, white gloves, black trousers and black shoes. Although first believed to be makeup, after more research it is revealed that the white face paint on subject's face appears to their actual face colour.
SCP-XXXX is mute however it is fully capable of understanding both French and English. SCP is considerably friendly and displays the same mannerisms one would expect from a regular human being. SCP possesses the same needs as the human species such as food, water, sleep, oxygen however it's currently unknown if SCP-XXXX possesses longevity or not given the uncertainty of how long they have been around.
SCP-XXXX appears to be capable of performing actions and bring said actions to life. When performing said action, the objects required are invisible to anyone viewing however they will continue to exist physically even after SCP-XXXX has finished its performance. How SCP does this is currently unknown however it's possibly believed to be a low level version of reality warping. Instances of these creations appear to function properly and in one instance capable of creating sound as when SCP-XXXX appeared to mime riding a bike and squeezed the horn causing a ring sound to be heard. In another instance SCP-XXXX also displayed danger with this ability when they mimed "finger gun" and fired a bullet from their fingers.
It appears that in able to create these objects, SCP-XXXX has to perform a specific action typically correlated with that type of object in miming. An example of this is when SCP-XXXX was asked to perform an action of miming which it did successfully. When asked to perform this action again but in a different way, SCP-XXXX did but no anomalous properties were shown to appear.
Recovery Log: SCP-XXXX was recovered in Paris on ██/██/████ after reports came in of SCP displaying its powers by standing on top of an invisible box. Agents were sent down to investigate and subject was recovered while any witnesses were given Class-C amnesics. Investigation was done to find out if SCP-XXXX had any known family however no known members were found if any exist. After extensive research done, SCP was classified as safe and moved to Site-06-3.
