Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXX is to be kept in a standard humanoid containment cell, and, due to cooperation with Foundation personnel, is allowed to receive requested materials such as books, writing materials, and various DVD and VHS tapes. A limit of five (5) requests per week has been enforced. All requests are to be approved by a senior researcher before being carried out.
Once a month, after the moulting procedure concludes, a Class-D subject, escorted by an armed guard, is to remove excess materials from SCP-XXXX's containment cell, where they will promptly be incinerated.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a humanoid entity resembling a caucasian male, appearing to be twenty-two years of age, and standing 1.85 meters in height. While genetically and physically being a standard homo sapien, exhibits the ability to moult their epidermis once a month. The moulted skin, six hours after being shed, takes on leather-like qualities, including texture and durability. Other than the previously explained qualities, the epidermis has no anomalous qualities, other than the lack of blood and other bodily fluids that would be expected from such a procedure on a human.
SCP-XXXX's age is unable to be determined, as the subject's moulting creates a clean, new, and fresh epidermis, while also providing a rejuvenating effect on the subject's internal systems. SCP-XXXX claims to have been born in 1843, and discovered their anomalous property in 1865.
