SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a 10x10x10 cell made of reinforced steel, with no less than 1 meter thick concrete walls on the outside. SCP-XXXX is to be guarded by no less than two armed personnel. No one bellow class-A is to go inside of SCP-XXXX’s cell without written permission of an 05 concill member. Due to its nature, no one above 58 is to be let within 30 meters of SCP-XXXX.
Description
SCP-XXXX is a seemingly normal syringe at first glance, but upon closer inspection, an anomalous substance, called SCP-XXXX-1 was found. Dr.████ claims the syringe is three human generations old, as it has considerable ware.
When ever a human walks within 12 meters of SCP-XXXX, they feel tempted to walk over, and inject it into something.
When SCP-XXXX is handled by anyone other than a Doctor, SCP-XXXX will fill up with SCP-XXXX-1. When used up, SCP-XXXX-1 will regenerate.
SCP-XXXX will move by unknown means behind a nearby wall when not observed. How it chooses which wall is unknown, and is thought to be random. This makes containment and even finding SCP-XXXX hard, and unpredictable (see Euclid classification)
Addendum-a
SCP-XXXX was discovered in 201█ in ████ UT. It was being used by Dr.████, who from this point on will be called the Doctor. The Doctor claims it is three generations old.

Doctor: well, um, I was passed down from my gramma to my dad, then me.
Stevens: that’s kinda gross. Continue.
Doctor: well, I keep it because of its sentimental values. My father died at 58, and that’s all I have of him.
Stevens: how did your father die?
Doctor: well he really just disappeared. I always laugh because my grandpa disappeared at 58.

SCP-XXXX-1 is a shiny liquid, with the consistency of water. When forming a puddle, an interdenominational portal opens, allowing humanoid creatures to crawl out (read SCP-XXXX-1-1 through SCP-XXXX-10).
When injected into objects, SCP-XXXX-1 yields various results.
