Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is contained in a 15 by 15 by 15 metre room with a pedestal in the centre of the room. It is connected to a standard micro USB charging cable that is connected to the mainline. However in the case of a power outage, there is a back up generator with 12 hours of of charging capabilities on top of the phones own battery life. Only staff with level 3 clearance and above may have access to the phone, though it must be planned in advance if the SCPs negative charge effect is to be explored.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a smartphone of unknown make and origin with the brand of the phone not being found to coincide with any existing brand. It has a unique design with capabilities that vary from only slightly more advance than what can be found in most modern phones to far exceeding the technological limitations projected for the next thousand years. A list of the unique settings and apps can be found in addendum XXXX-1.
