At all times the facility must be monitored for The nowhere's appearance and always no less than 2 people can investigate and must leave 7 minutes after The nowhere's appearance in the facility due to the traping incident. The room must be monitored for life before anyone enters if any is detected the facility goes into lockdown until the room disappears and an armed team of guards must be ready at all times due to an incident with SCP-096.
The trapping incident occurred when DR.[REDACTED] was in the room when it disappeared and his corpse was later discovered in the wall the room was in. The incident with SCP-096 was when The nowhere appeared in SCP-096's containment area and a team sent in were killed along with all other personal nearby with a death toll of 37 personal and 2 other SCPs.
