The Main Property Of SCP-XXXX Is The CognitoHazard It Had, Which Influenced Anyone Within 3m Of It Feel A Great Urge To Explore The Building At Any Means.
According To Records, SCP-XXXX Was Built in [REDACTED], But Showed No anomalous properties Until Its Inhabitants Moved Out, And SCP-XXXX Was Abandoned.

SCP-XXXX-3 Was A Spatial Anomaly Located on the third floor, which when someone entered the door to where the apartment should be, was transported to Boston, America. The anomaly connected to the door of an abandoned Shed outside an unmarked territory. People Who Went through the door described feeling Like they were being Watched or as if there was something in the corner of their eye that they couldn't see. This would later lead to states of hysteria and loss of Hearing for unknown reasons.
SCP-XXXX-4 Existed on the top floor of the building. SCP-XXXX-4 Was A Human Male Subject of undetermined age and race. The Entity Wears A Black Suit And Trousers, Black Gloves And a White shirt. Where the head should be, A Mass Of eyeballs is located instead. Each Eye Is A different colour and size, but will all focus on the same thing if required to. SCP-XXXX-4 Spoke through a telepathic link with those it wished to talk to. The entity was peaceful towards humans and would often engage in conversation if allowed to. SCP-XXXX-4 possesses a CognitoHazard of which any biological lifeforms that Look SCP-XXXX-4 In its eyes will feel Immensely uncomfortable, and will report that the eyes seem to keep changing colour whilst being observed. If SCP-XXXX-4 Is threatened, The entity will produce a sound of 190-220 dB, Which can cause permanent loss of hearing and Death if high enough. The rooms SCP-XXXX-4 Inhabited were like that of a late victorian Mansion in Late States Of Decay

On The 02/12/[Redacted] SCP-XXXX Stopped showing its CognitoHazard. When a Containment Squad was sent in, the building was completely empty except for a single Blue Tulip that lay on the floor when entering the building. Further investigation as to why SCP-XXXX Lost its properties, And where the Anomalies instead went is currently undergoing.
