Special Containment Procedure: SCP-XXXX was located in site-██, in a 8x 8 containment cell that must continuously energized to suppress the anomalous properties. Despite the debilitating effect of the constant energization, one of the many anomalous capabilities of SCP-XXXX is that its containment cell must had to be guarded by five people throughout.In the event of a containment breach, all devices that resemble a television set must be disconnected from power.
If an occurrence of SCP-XXXX-1 is detected, any instance that had contact with SCP-XXXX-1 must be administered class C amnestic.
Every instance of SCP-XXXX-2 have to be contained in a humanouid containment cell in site-██.
Description: Scp-XXXX is a 6.2 foot tall male human in a brown cat costume. The costume shows a huge cat head with a broad grin,a red bow tie,a long tail and several patches. Scp-XXXX speaks English with a slight French accent. Interviews have shown that it has a love for children and animals but a hatred for adults, teenagers and dogs (View Interview Log #2). SCP-XXXX also has some anomalous abilities as well as creating weapons that it uses against adults, teenagers and dogs (e.g. knives, swords, chainsaws, bear traps, pistols, flamethrowers, machine guns, C-14, dynamites with remote igniter, etc.).Other abilities include manipulating and turning off electricity and fast travelling with the help of television. Another interesting feature of SCP-XXXX, which seems to have some kind of cartoon physics, is that it is nearly indestructible. In one experiment, a 2300 kg container was dropped on it, which caused it to be in a squized appearance for several hours.
SCP-XXXX-1 is a cartoon that manifests around random times and places, on various TV sets in the language spoken there. The type of cartoon has changed over time. SCP-XXXX-1 always has the form of a cartoon, which at that time was very popular. So SCP-XXXX first had the appearance of "Tom and Jerry" which developed into a cartoon like "Adventure Time". One thing that is also interesting is that the foundation employee and other SCPs that SCP-XXXX attacked or killed during his containment breaches appear as one character in the cartoon.The most famous incident was with Dr. ██████, who died two weeks earlier in a containment breach of SCP-XXXX when he appeared as a character in the show. The things that never changed were the main character (SCP-XXXX) and the animation style, which reminds of the cartoons from the 1960s. The series has no effect on people over 12 years old. Children under the age of 12 get addicted to the series and become more and more will-less with time.
SCP-XXXX-2 enters SCP-XXXX-1 after a period of one month of abandonment of children.SCP-XXXX-2 shows increased aggression towards adults and will attempt to hurt them. The autopsy also shows that any instance affected by SCP-XXXX-2 is brain dead. This would also explain why SCP-XXXX after a certain time have an abnormal, as well as externally controlled, appearance. It is assumed that SCP-XXXX controls any instance of SCP-XXXX-2. Two things that were also observed are that the SCP-XXXX-2 stops moving after a period of 3 months and is therefore considered dead. The other thing is that with each instance of SCP-XXXX-2 the anomalous abilities of SCP-XXXX are increased.
