this SCP will not be designated a numerical string until further reviewed by O-5 command. further mentions of this SCP will hence forth be coined the names 'Greg' or 'The One' depending on which state the individual is currently in.

Special Containment Procedures:
due to 'The One's abilities it is currently impossible to forcedly contain. as it stands 'The One's only method of being contained is to keep him calm using (DATA EXPUNGED) and maintain his 'Greg' state.
Description:
'The One' appears as an exactly 5 foot' tall human male of a scrawny build and looks to be no older than 30 years of age. thick black facial hair and long greasy black hair in an unkempt state suggests a complete disregard for personal care along with his scrawny emaciated build despite this he is still able to tear a one inch thick steel plate in half with little to no resistance. 'The One' has been seen to not eat or drink anything for weeks with little to no change in body mass. 'The One' in this state has mentioned multiple times that his name is 'Greg'. 'Greg's emotional mannerisms and body language suggest that he is an extremely depressed state. the reasoning behind this extreme emotional distress is unknown. he will often keep to himself and quietly weep as too not cause to much attention to himself but in direct contrast with this he will often seek out someone to help him end his life. if denied he will try to find ways to kill himself wither it be trying to use sharp objects to impale himself or slit his throat or trying to jump off of significant heights in an attempt to end his own life to no avail. the only damage sustained by these fruitless attempts to kill himself seem to be purely internal but have shown signs of extremely fast regenerative capabilities when exposed to very large amounts of internal damage quickly. minor injuries seem to heal at the rate of a normal humans self healing capabilities. when questioned about his suicidal tendencies he becomes notably distressed and mentions not wanting to wake up 'The One'. when in an enraged or highly distressed state regarding questioning his suicidal tendencies or some other sort of emotional or distressing stimuli 'Greg' begins to rapidly increase in muscle and bone mass until reaching a weight of over 7 tons and a height of over 20 feet tall or more. how 'Greg' achieves this is unknown. approximately 5 minutes after going through these changes he can be visually seen struggling to revert back to his prior state. 95% out of all attempts to revert back to his previous form are met with failure. upon failure to revert back to his previous state 'Greg's skin begins to take on the properties of an unknown silver colored metal that is completely invulnerable to any amount of damage. once the metallic surfice appears all struggling to stop the transformation stops and all previous mannerisms cease. once complete this state is dubbed 'The One'. for a minimum of seven weeks 'The One' will go on a complete rampage and kill anything that moves even expanding to surrounding wild life. any attempts to stop said rampage will meet with failure and every attempt to damage 'The One' have failed. it has been witnessed that 'The One' has walked through a 16 inch thick triple reinforced concrete wall with a 2 inch steel reinforcement without any type of resistance and essentially turning it into dust just by pushing his force into it. 'The One's strength has yet to be determined as witnesses have detailed 'The One' picking up an m48a1 tank with one hand and throwing it over the hillside surrounding site (Data Expunged) into a neighboring town nearly 40 miles from site (Data Expunged). the only known method of containing 'The One' during a rampage is to use an on sight Ah-1G cobra helicopter to lead 'The One' away from the facility via unmanned remote control to a purposely uninhabited section of land with all life on the way to the destination area either cleared or terminated. when exposed to an area with little to no visible life 'The One' begins destroying his direct surroundings. this can go on for as little as 4 days or as long as 2 months with all instances of 'The One's rage being taken out within only that area unless a living thing comes across its path. while in this state any interactions with any living this besides plant life will cause 'The One' to become even more enraged. after a prolonged amount of time 'The One' will suddenly explode into a massive cloud of boiling hot steam and revert immediately back into 'Greg'. almost every time 'Greg' will be found unconscious without any injuries and with considerably more muscle mass of which will disappear within a 2 week period. as of writing this 'Greg' has broken containment and cannot be re-contained due to his sheer strength alone being able to tear through whatever containment measure the foundation puts in place. 'Greg' now resides in an open field in (Data Expunged) approximately (Data Expunged) miles away from site (Data Expunged) under constant surveillance from Satellite Omega-1A. occasionally 'Greg' will wander into site (Data Expunged) for a brief period. 2 of these visits have resulted in confrontations with SCP-682 of which was on a temporary transfer due to a mass containment breach of site (Data Expunged) and SCP-073 for a similar reason. both encounters have been during a rampage event which are both documented below.
'The One' vs SCP-682: during an unknown rampage trigger 'The One' breaches SCP-682's containment cell and begins to violently tear SCP-682 to shreds. SCP-682 completely taken by absolute surprise was for the first time showed unimaginable fear towards his attacker. within seconds SCP-682's body mass was reduced to a mere 15 percent with only parts of its head intact. assuming SCP-682 had been killed 'The One' Breached the facility killing numerous personnel. he was then lead to an uninhabited zone away from the facility by MTF unit Voltron Omega. after this encounter by a foe that could have easily killed him SCP-682 was quiet and abnormally compliant with foundation personal when moved back to site (Data Expunged). Dr. Kalone the on sight lead disposal scientist at site (Data Expunged) was quoted saying: "it is a damn shame that Greg cannot control his outbursts. aside from losing so many of our own men and causing an instantaneous breach of containment, he almost did us a favour. within those few seconds he almost did something that site (Data Expunged) have been trying to do for nearly (Redacted) years! I was really looking forward to not having to see that monstrous abomination walk the earth for a second longer. but at least I can say 'The One' scared him shitless.".
SCP-073 vs 'The One': 'Greg' is seen on camera 6 in the main lobby hallway entering the facility with all personel instructed to not make contact with Greg. Greg makes a request to see Dr. (Redacted) and verbally requests help with the explicit purpose of killing himself. SCP-073 is then seen to approach Greg and asks "why would you ever want to kill yourself? life is too precious to-" immediately afterwards Greg is seen transforming and all site personal are instructed to leave the facility as soon as possible. Greg then states that SCP-073 is waking "him" up and suggest for SCP-073 to run as far away as he can from "him". confused, SCP-073 stands still watching 'Greg's transformation. when complete 'The One' stares at SCP-073 with rage notably flaring from his stare. he then picks up SCP-073 and attempts to crush SCP-073 with neither getting hurt in the process. 'The One' then throws SCP-073 out of the top of the facility and jumps after SCP-073. after 9 hours SCP-073 returns with 'Greg' draped over his left shoulder and gently places him down on an armchair in Dr. (Redacted)'s office. very slight wounds cover his body and a giant bruise is shown visible in the middle of chest. SCP-073 also has the same wounds all over his body which is completely unheard of regarding his abilities. SCP-073 then remarks: "his behavior is very self destructive, it's a shame he had not reached out for help until now.". after this encounter 'Greg' has requested multiple times to once again meet SCP-073 often calling him by his name 'Cain'. to prevent another rampage event his requests have been approved and after every 'Visit' 'Greg' has been seen to be noticeably happier, but this is always temporary change. a request to make 'Cain' a permanent resident at site (Data Expunged) was requested to O5 command which was promptly refused under reason of (Data Expunged). before leaving for site (Data Expunged) 'Greg' and 'Cain' had one last conversation of which has at least kept 'Greg' from going into another rampage state thus far.
Addendum: due to the very specific and special circumstance revolving 'Greg' and 'The One' further studies into how they can be contained are being reviewed. involvement with containing 'The One' by using other SCP's would be too risky and would involve too much danger to be a reliable way of containing such a dangerous being with risk of losing one or both of them. it is recommended for the time being to keep a very close eye on this monster. we have lost way too many people due to his outbursts to be careless any longer. this is top priority now.
