SCP-XXXX upon discovery

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a standard object containment chamber in Site-19 with at least 1 security staff member guarding the entrance. Researchers may enter the chamber for research purposes only. SCP-XXXX should not be used for personal gain. Any unauthorized personnel caught talking to SCP-XXXX should be interviewed immediately on their conversation and given Class A Amnestics.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a standard red rotary telephone without a cord which can make and receive calls normally. It’s signals are indistinguishable from that of a normal phone of this nature. Furthermore SCP-XXXX seems to have perfect audio and will function properly even though it has no plug. It is completely indestructible and attempting to destroy it is not advised as it will [DATA EXPUNGED].
SCP-XXXX’s true anomalous properties are only made clear when the number 0 is dialed ten times. If the number is dialed correctly an entity (hereby referred to as SCP-XXXX-1) will pick up, stating “This is The Operator, how can I help you”. It can redirect the caller to any number upon request. SCP-XXXX-1 can also be questioned on almost any subject, although its answers will always be incredibly vague.
SCP-XXXX-1 can also redirect the caller to other numbers through name alone. Almost any being with a corded phone with no screen on it in their proximity can be reached. SCP-XXXX-1 can redirect the caller to random numbers if the caller is not specific enough which can sometimes lead to undesirable results.
Whenever someone is redirected through SCP-XXXX-1 the caller and their recipient will be able to communicate with each other in fluent English. However this effect ceases the moment either subject hangs up and neither subject will have any recollection of how to speak English if they did not know it already. It seems that this effect will work on any being including animals and theoretically other SCPs, testing with other SCPs is awaiting O5 approval.
It is unclear if SCP-XXXX-1 is a individual, a large organization, or a anomaly in the phone itself. Any attempts to trace the calls have been unsuccessful. When asking SCP-XXXX-1 what it was the response was simply, “I can’t answer that.”, SCP-XXXX-1 will yield a similar response for any questions relating to it’s origin or nature. It has been noted that SCP-XXXX-1 will often give emotional support to anyone who it perceives to be troubled. Please keep in mind that SCP-XXXX-1 has emotions of its own and will become aggressive if threatened in any way.
Discovery of SCP-XXXX: SCP-XXXX arrived in a box which had a picture of SCP-XXXX on each side with the front having text saying “On Sale Now!”, And the back detailing SCP-XXXX’s functions. When opened SCP-XXXX and a note was found inside. The note read “A voice of reason among the chaos”, and seems to be completely normal. SCP-XXXX’s anomalous properties were made clear when researchers discovered it could indeed do what was advertised on the box.
Incident [SCP-XXXX-01]: An SCP attempted to use SCP-XXXX-1 to ask how to breach containment. Thankfully it was stopped before SCP-XXXX-1 could give it’s answer. Please note that SCP-XXXX-1 will answer any question, even if the caller has malicious intent.

Closing Statement: After the review Agent ███████ seemed to be a bit happier than usual, testing of the positive effects of SCP-XXXX on the mentally ill is currently awaiting O5 approval.
