Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Thaumiel
Special Containment Procedures: No personnel above level 0 may enter SCP-XXXX at any time. D-Class that enter SCP-XXXX must be fitted with cameras with inter-dimensional capabilities. SCP-XXXX can be used as a long-term containment option for Euclid/Keter class SCP’s. Any member of the Foundation may request to use SCP-XXXX to contain an SCP, with the permission of at least 3 Overseers. Anyone attempting to use SCP-XXXX to contain other anomalous items without proper consent will be terminated. Guards must stand next to entrance of SCP-XXXX-1 to prevent a potential breach of SCP-XXXX-4 instances. Though this event is unlikely to happen, there has been a case of this type of breach (Addendum-XXXX-B).
Description: SCP-XXXX is split into 4 designations:
SCP-XXXX-1 is the elevator in which can be used to access SCP-XXXX-2. Though usually resembling a normal office elevator, SCP-XXXX-1 can change its appearance. There are four buttons on the inside; B-1, which takes the subject down one floor to SCP-XXXX-2; B-2, which yet again takes the subject to SCP-XXXX-2, taking him/her/it down two floors; the ‘close door’ button, which closes the door of the elevator. This button is only functional once the subject has reached SCP-XXXX-2; and the ‘Ground Floor’ button, which takes the subject to the ground floor of the elevator. There is also a small screen adjacent to the button pad detailing the number of floors until the elevator will reach the Ground Floor.
SCP-XXXX-2 is a unquantified amount of space at the bottom of SCP-XXXX-1.
SCP-XXXX-3 is the designation given to any living organisms/sentient objects placed in SCP-XXXX-1.
SCP-XXXX-4 are the inhabitants of SCP-XXXX-2. Camera feed from D-Class sent down SCP-XXXX show that these creatures resemble large humanoid entities, often lacking body parts. They are incredibly hostile towards all instances of SCP-XXXX-3. SCP-XXXX-4 are supposedly unable to utilize SCP-XXXX-1.
Upon entering the SCP-XXXX-1, the subject will have the choice of going to either floor B-1 or B-2, though test results state that both choices lead to the elevator going to SCP-XXXX-2. Once at the bottom, SCP-XXXX-4 instances will flock towards the subject, now designated SCP-XXXX-3. If the SCP-XXXX-4 instances manage to kill the current SCP-XXXX-3, then he/she/it will then in turn become an instance of SCP-XXXX-4. If SCP-XXXX-3 manages to shut the elevator doors before an SCP-XXXX-4 instance manages to kill him/her/it, then SCP-XXXX-3 will only have the choice of pressing one button: Ground Floor, the other buttons will appear malfunctioned at this point. However, the space within the elevator shaft will shift, therefore increasing the distance between SCP-XXXX-1 between the Ground Floor. To get to to the ground floor will take a massive number of floors. This number has been proven to be the exact number of floors it would take until the subject dies, leaving a freshly dead body in the elevator.
