Special containment procedures:
Operation: "high winds"
Localized weather systems within 1200 kilometers from Darwin are to be tracked via satellite and any vehicles traveling within the weather system are to be monitored by AM-453 surveillance drones, any aircraft that cannot be confirmed by drones are to be identified by nearby foundation/RAAF pilots.
Civilian air and sea traffic is to be directed away from the weather system. Any vehicles emerging from the storm are to be given an armed escort until they are at least five (5) kilometres from the weather system.
In the event that XXXX attacks a civilian vehicle, all aircraft from the MAS alpha-1 aerodrome/RAAF Darwin base are to be sent to intercept XXXX immediately. pilots are encouraged to disable its weaponry by any means necessary without destroying XXXX to prevent future evolutions.
In the event that civilians survive the encounter with XXXX, they are to be given class 4 amnesiac's.
Description:
SCP-XXXX is a Wirraway1 with a large portion of its fuselage in disrepair. Despite this, it has fully functional weaponry and is capable of altitudes and speeds surpassing that of other wirraway's.
XXXX utilizes various orthodox and unorthodox combat maneuvers in order to get a target within its firing line. These maneuvers are difficult to replicate and will often end with the pilot becoming unconscious due to G-forces exerted on them.
The Wirraway is known to attack Ariel and nautical vehicles within 50 kilometers from the storm but is
also known to attack Foundation assets and the RAAF base if they are in within that perimeter, the reasoning for this is unknown but could be related to the sustained attacks performed on XXXX.

The RAAF have sent confirmation on the pilots identity along and have sent a journal containing information on their history.

Being back on the ground is nice, and my wife and child were very happy to see me. Jan wants to go up with me next time but I fear that I need to find a spot to hide the Pup2 before I do. Krauts may not like to see it when they come.

We were expecting german foot soldiers to arrive, but we were not expecting the SS. The bastards tore through the farm demanding things in german, I couldn't understand what they wanted but i told Hanna and Jan to go hide in the house while I talked to them. But the bastards noticed the Pup, and set fire to it quickly. After that, they set fire to the house. I am a coward for running, but there was nothing I could do for them. I can't afford to leave a note behind, but I will take a gun with me on my trip to Australia.29/11/1939
The Australians are a funny group. They’re accents never fail to make me laugh and the jokes they tell are good. But I couldn’t help but hit that officer when he joked about the Jews, my friend died by the hands of the Nazi’s and he thinks its a laugh.9/10/1940
I have done my first solo in a Wiriway Wirrawey Wirraway. It is a nice aircraft and a lot faster than the Pup I had. I wish Jan could see it, he would’ve loved it, I should honour them in some way.
Addendum: XXXX-B (contact reports)
23/06/1952: 1st encounter with SCP-XXXX was with a newly restored ME-2623. An examination
of the wrecked Messerschmitt states that it was attacked from above and behind; this was done in rough weather and the pilot was liquefied by the aircraft's fuel.
23/06/1952: The 2nd encounter involved a storm chaser which was approximately 15 km from the Messerschmitt's position and occurred around 5 minutes after the Messerschmitt was shot down. An examination of the wreckage showed similar results to the Messerschmitts. No crew survived the crash.
10/10/1953: 18th encounter. An RAAF Sabre4 encountered and attempted to hail the aircraft without a response. Various hand signals were performed and SCP-XXXX left the airspace, the aircraft's identifying features were recorded and the Australian government is now in co-operation with the Foundation to neutralize the Wirraway.
3/03/1953: Foundation aircraft XP-193 observed SCP-XXXX disappear in flash of lightning. The anomaly then reappeared behind the XP-193, and the foundation aircraft was shot down, XP-193 was produced in Germany, and the Pilot did not survive.
05/05/1954: The 1st Foundation Mobile Air Squadron MAS Alpha-1 "Skylarks" is founded with the goal of neutralizing the renowned "Phantom Fighter". SCP-XXXX was shot down and no casualties occurred, and there was no wreckage of the aircraft on the sea floor, SCP-XXXX has been determined to be neutralized.
19/02/1954: SCP-XXXX strafed a cargo ship inbound from Italy, and the cargo ship sunk along with all hands on deck. MTF Gamma-6 "deep feeders" noted containers on said ship had Italian, Japanese, and German products on board. Wreckage of the ship showed two holes at the bridge and the stern, both have been determined to be from 230kg bombs.
29/12/1968: SCP-XXXX had attacked a Qantas flight inbound from England, following a complete search of aircraft wreckage, Task Force "Deep Feeders" discovered one of the seats had a Faber-Castelle pencil lodged inside it. No survivors were found. It is believed that the pencil caught the attention of SCP-XXXX. No survivors. SCP-XXXX was shot down soon afterwards by a RAAF Mirage III5.
14/08/2000: SCP-XXXX attacked Site 845 (aerodrome for MAS Alpha-1 "Skylarks"). Damage to the control tower and runway was consistent with .50 machine guns and 2000kg bombs, but none of the aircraft were spared from the attack and all of them sustained critical damage despite being Harriers6. A pair 1942 era infantry boots were also dropped on the aerodrome.
It has been understood that the aircraft armaments have evolved over the years in order to help combat our aircraft, we are requesting an upgrade from the Dassault Rafales7 to the Foundation made Strike Viper Mk 7 Fighter, we cannot allow SCP-XXXX to obtain nuclear capabilities. We are also requesting AA sites to be placed around our aerodrome.
