Special Containment Procedures: SCP-xxxx, for the most part requires little-to-no containment procedures, but when it does it isn't heavy containment, SCP-xxxx is allowed to roam the facility when accompanied by no less then 1 guard and no more than 2 guards. When SCP-xxxx is in its containment cell it needs to be watched 24/7 by at least 2 humans. SCP-xxxx is to be kept in a standard containment cell with flame-retardant material covering the walls, ceiling, floor, and all items present in the room. SCP-xxxx has a room outfitted with items found in a standard D-Class cell, SCP-xxxx is allowed a dart board and a chess board in order to stop it from going insane.

Description: SCP-xxxx consists of two parts, SCP-xxxx-a, and SCP-xxxx-b, SCP-xxxx-a appears to be a 6"4, 240 LBS adult male with brown hair and blue eyes. SCP-xxxx-b appears to be a Large Bird-like creature with Fire over its wings.
