Special Containment Procedures: TEPT is to be contained in a 3 m x 3 m x 3 m room padded with carpet and equipped with sound-proof walls. Sound systems, microphones or any type of sound input device is highly dangerous and thus may not be present inside of TEPT's cell, to keep from any accidental outside hearing from occurring. Any saved recordings of TEPT while active shall be confiscated and destroyed permanently. There MUST always be a site worker at duty inside the cell to deactivate TEPT when activated. Attempts to engineer a mechanical arm to disable the alarm similar to SCP-298 has been unsuccessful.
Description: TEPT appears to be an Apple branded iPad Mini, utilizing iOS software version 12.2. TEPT appears to be extremely damaged, cracked from the home button up towards the camera/upper corners of the tablet. DNA tests of fingerprints on the screen appear to be identical to former & deceased CEO/founder of Apple Incorporated, Steve Jobs. Any reasonable explanation to this is unknown.
Any attempts to "repair" it at an Apple store or any other unrelated unofficial iPhone repair shops have been unsuccessful, as every technician simply states that the tablet is not to be worked on for an unknown reason. Dr. [DATA EXPUNGED] reports ordering official technicians on site to repair the tablet. When interviewed, Dr. [DATA EXPUNGED] stated this. "I called 4 tech experts to come and repair this thing, but everytime one of the technicians got out their tools and grabbed the iPad, they reported feeling sick out of their mind, and then when they proceeded to begin contact with the tablet, they began screaming and vomiting random substances. one of them vomited what seemed to be leftovers, one more vomited feces, and the remaining two vomited literal urine. It was fucking disgusting. When the bilm vomit hit the screen, it even somehow triggered the tablet to start its alarm early." Testing with any liquid other than vomit, urine, blood or feces proved unsuccessful, but proved that only liquid can affect it, not any other state of matter. These properties are unknown and there is currently no plausible scientific way that the tablet could've told which substance was which. Using different substances also trigger different things. Testing shows that blood, feces, and urine triggers the tablet to deactivate for 1 minute, and using bilm caused the alarm to play early.
TEPT, upon pressing the power button, the tablet displays the average iOS start screen, prompting the user to start it by pressing the home button and inputting a 6 digit code. Any attempts to cracking this code, let alone using the unusable home button has been stumped, and recent theories propose that the passcode changes to any random combo of numbers at random periods of time, from as high as 100 milliseconds, and as low as 5 zeptoseconds.
Leaving TEPT alone for approximately 15 minutes will prompt the tablet to display a bedtime alarm, using the Apple branded bedtime tone "Bright Eyed." The reason to this alarm coming on at exactly 15 minutes is unknown, though some theorize the tablet's alarm is also set rapidly, similar to the passcode's behavior. This alarm appears to be the default alarm format. It cannot be snoozed, and the alarm will play and exponentially get louder and louder. Leaving the alarm alone for 10 seconds warranted an increase of +7 db of volume, and an increase of +0.6m/s to the tablets gravity. Leaving it alone for three minutes increases the volume +30 db and increases the gravity of the device to +300 m/s. Anything above this point will begin to rip apart the atoms around the tablet into its elementary particles, and rip those in half violently, similar to the black hole's spaghettification effect.
Attempts to test the anomaly with a D-class personnel caused the D-class to be pulled towards TEPT. After 1 minute, the tablet pulled the D-class towards it faster and smashed the D-class's head on the table, killing him instantly. Another D-class was sent in to quickly deactivate the alarm. Further testing is impossible above 5 minutes, as the gravity and volume will be so large to the point where it will no longer be able to come into contact with anything, as it will rip it apart. Further D-class testing are banned after 5 minutes of the alarm playing, as to not trigger a XK end-of-the-world scenario, where TEPT may gain enough gravity to pull the Earth apart into orbit, and possibly any other neighboring planets/stars/galaxies.
Discovery: TEPT was escorted to the site on X/XX/20XX, found inside an unidentified purse at a Subway restauraunt in Mississippi, [DATA EXPUNGED] at 3:35 PM CT after it reportedly began alarming and disturbing the 2 workers at the store. It began pulling the workers towards it about 1 minute in, and one of them turned off the alarm. The workers, Kassandra M. and Jason D. both reported not seeing a person come in with a purse like the one confiscated.
