Special Containment Procedures: SCP-7899 will make a sound that sounds like A low, gurgling moan, like the wail of torment of someone drowning.this sound is what he uses to grab the attention of any person it desires to take and brutalize. when it was moved to a new place with the thought that it was impossible to escape from was soon escaped by SCP-7899 when he used that sound to have someone open the door out of curiosity SCP-7899 was seen by someone passing by and left the entire foundation employees knowing every encloser can be escaped
due to the way it can escape it it' s place is kept under ground and the entrance has been bolted shut with six locks and there is no known file of anyone entering the tunnel where SCP-7899 is contained. nobody is still known to enter but it may have already escaped
SCP-7899 has a unreal fast moment speed indicating that it doesn't walk teleports in a way that seems like it's walking. permission to see SCP-7899 has been denied. the walls and door are framed of chromium and filled with tungsten and layered over with titanium. when it sees it's victims it will not attack nor move until its prey sees it. the foundation had to remove any source that allowed SCP-7899 to be seen. if the weeper manged to follow you remember this as it's chasing you" be sure to mind your manners… it isn’t polite to stare."
Description: it has long, thin, black arms that hang almost to it’s knees… attached to those arms were hands with slender, bone-like fingers; easily 3 to 4 times longer than any human.
The body was inhumanely thin and the proportions were unnatural. The torso and legs were ghastly and long, the creatures posture crooked, as if it had a kink or a hunch in it’s back that caused it’s shoulders to hang forward in front of it’s face.the eyes. Small… very small… tiny…. beady little white eyes… sunken into large gaping black holes. The top of the creature’s face was covered by what looked to be a mask made to resemble a white porcelain doll, but broken in half; missing everything from the nose downward. Around the eyes and eyeholes of the mask were cartoonishly painted black eyelashes.But the mask and the eyes beneath,are nothing compared to the horrors that hang beneath them. A grotesque abomination of a mouth hung loosely from the edge of the mask. It swung freely, as if the creature’s jaw had been severed on both sides; allowing it to fall open, revealing a crudely removed tongue and three rows of human teeth along the bottom jaw. Behind the mask and around the mouth was smooth black skin, torn brutally around where the jaws were once connected to the skull.
