Special Containment Procedures: SCP-(blank) is to be contained inside a soundproof 8x6x8 humanoid containment cell, with two cameras on the east and north ceiling corners. any anomalous transmissions emitting from SCP-(blank) is to be reported immediately.

Description: SCP-(blank) is a bald humanoid entity, inching 6'9 and weighing 23kg. the entity has lapis-blue skin and eyes that are completely covered in a crimson red. it wears a long-sleeved jersey underneath a black parka, seaweed-green sweat pants and hot-pink Adidas shoes. it also wears grey leather gloves and a dark-purple beanie.

What truly makes the entity most odd is that a speaker appears to be inside of SCP-(blank)'s mouth, because of this; SCP-(blank) doesn't need to eat or drink but it won't suffer starvation. it is also been remarked that SCP-(blank) can communicate via mixing sentences or taking single sentences from shows, movies, video games, and even media.

However, SCP-(blank)'s speaker can broadcast anomalous transmissions which can cause memetic effects.

SCP-(blank) wasn't discovered but was delivered to the Foundation inside a large wooden box, where SCP-(blank) was escorted out by guards, other thing inside the box was a note that read:

"Wow! You have received an interesting gift from Doctor Troner®! You have collected "The Radio" but there is still more to go!"
