Special Containment Procedures: All instances of SCP-XXXX are to be kept in a secure and locked box and only be allowed access to Personnel with Level 4 security clearance.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a small silver lined metal box containing a randomly generated amount of pills designated SCP-XXXX-2. Generation of these pills will only occur after all instances of SCP-XXXX-2 have been consumed orally then the object will after approximately 6 hours generate about 5-6 new pills. How SCP-XXXX is capable of generating these instances is unknown and will only occur if the object is closed meaning creation of pills can not be viewed directly.

SCP-XXXX-2 are pills that are a silver in colour and will have a number of any random effects that will affect the individual that has consumed an instance of SCP-XXXX-2. These effects appear to target the individual that swallows them and can either be beneficial or detrimental to one's well being.

Recovery Log: SCP-XXXX was recovered on ██/██/████ in a Pawn Shop located in ██████. The anomalous items were reported when the owner reported their left arm to have been replaced with the limb of a spider causing mass panic. Foundation agents were sent to investigate and managed to administer Class-C amnestics and retrieve the owner who's name is [DATA EXPUNGED].

██████: My name is ██████, look where the hell am I?

Dr. ████: That's classified information, if you can I would like you to answer some questions.

██████: Alright, fine.

Dr. ████: Good, can you please tell me how you acquired the box and the pills?

██████: I don't know, someone… I never got their name or anything came in and gave them to me for free, I mean it was free so I just went up and took it.

Dr. ████: Anything you can remember about the person? Any details on their appearance.

██████: I couldn't get see their face, they were covering it with a hood but judging by their voice i'd say they were old as well as judging by the fact that they were hunchback. Like I said, they just gave me the box for free and went off.

Dr. ████: So what made you want to try the pills?
██████: I don't know alright, look I was drunk, I saw the box and opened it and I just tried them.

Dr. ████: Alright that will be all now, thank you.

██████: Can I please go now?

Dr. ████: Sure, someone is coming to escort you out

Note: ██████ was given Class-B Amnestics and research is being made to find this PoI and their relation to SCP-XXXX.

Addendum-XXXX-02: Test Log of SCP-XXXX-2

Subject: D-463-987
Results: Subject remained normal for approximately 2 minutes before their arm started to stretch approximately 5 meters in length. Arm required amputation due to it no longer functioning and dissection reveals only the skin stretching leaving the original bone and blood structure

Subject: D-345-897
Results: Immediately after consumption subject exploded covering the testing area with their blood and body parts. Janitorial staff were sent in to clean up the mess.

Subject: D-439-592
Results: After consumption, Subject had been diagnosed with cancer.
