05 councel debating whether to change SCP-####s Object class to thamuel
Special Containment Procedures: Scp #### is to be contained in a cotton walled room, this room is to contain a king sized bed and up to 15 toys. The beds mattress is to be replaced every 5 months as SCP #### says "It gets uncomfortable after 5 months and I don't like that", if any toys are to break a new one is to be brought in AS SOON AS HUMANLY POSSIBLE this is so SCP #### doesn't start crying causing a containment breach of other SCP's close to his containment cell. A D-class is to be in SCP ####'s containment chamber at all times so he doesn't feel lonely and start crying causing a containment breach.
Description: SCP #### is a 3'4 foot tall Caucasian male the age of 9 years old, he has dirty blonde hair, a "silly" attitude, blue eyes, a green shirt, blue slacks, a straight white teeth. SCP #### appears to be a normal boy until he makes a sound affect using his mouth, hands, or feet, example of sound affects are "boop boop boop boop boop boop boop boop, creek!" when someone walks over to him and sits down in a chair. If SCP #### creates a sound affect when there's nothing making that sound something will appear to make the sound, this can be good or bad depending on the sound affect he makes, the sound affect "boom boom" will create an explosion in differing size depending on how loud SCP #### says it, if he makes the sound affect "RRRRRR" metal in front of SCP #### will start to bend to clear a path. Other sound affects will do different things. SCP #### also appears to be immortal, not retaining any physical damage from anything that happens to it, this could be due to him saying "me no die no more" or something of a similar nature.
Addendum: Test #██-6I: Dr. Burdinend enters SCP ####'s containment chamber
Dr. Burdinend: "Can you make a woosh woosh healy water noise SCP ####? i cut my arm"
SCP ####: "I'll do it if you call me Tommy from now on"
Dr. Burdinend: "Ok….Tommy"
"Tommy": "woosh woosh healy water!"
A mug full of green liquid appeared on "Tommy"s table
Dr. Burdinend proceeded to drink the liquid
Dr. Burdinends cut proceeded to quickly heal
Dr. Burdinend: "Thank you"
"Tommy": "No problem!"
Dr. Burdinend then exited SCP ####s containment chamber
Test #██-11I: D class #█████ enters the containment chamber of SCP ####
SCP ####: as D class #█████ walked towards him "boop boop boop boop boop boop boop"
D class #█████: "Why are you making those noises?"
SCP ####: "Cause i want to"
D class #█████: "It's annoying"
SCP ####: "I don't care"
D class #█████ proceeded to kick SCP ####
SCP #### started crying
Several Keter class SCP's started escaping their containment as all the containment chambers started opening
3 Quarters of Site Personnel were killed during this containment breach before all SCP's were re contained

Dr. ███████ decided to test SCP #### against SCP 682 to see if he could kill SCP 682
SCP #### enters the chamber of SCP 682
SCP 682: "What do you want little pest"
SCP ####: "Me supposed to kill you"
SCP 682 got up and charged at SCP ####
SCP ####: "SCP 682 go bye bye and no live teary teary"
SCP 682 started being ripped apart and eventually wasn't visible anymore
Dr. ███████ confirms SCP 682 has FINALLY been terminated
SCP ####: "why still here 682? i said you go away"
Dr. ███████ looked back at them to see meat starting to form and eventually SCP 682 fully regenerated again
SCP 682: "HOW DID YOU DO THAT YOU LITTLE [REDACTED] I'M GOING TO [REDACTED] AND [REDACTED] YOU INTO MY POOL OF ACID"
SCP ####: "You no say bad no no language no more"
SCP 682 opened its mouth trying to say slurs but every time he tried he couldn't say any
SCP 682: "WHAT THE HECK DID YOU DO TO ME?!"
SCP 682 smashed his hand down on SCP #### but no damage was done to SCP ####
SCP 682 got so irritated he attempted to breach containment
Dr. ███████ over the intercom: "DON'T LET HIM BREACH CONTAINMENT!"
SCP ####: "no breachy"
SCP 682 still breached containment, he appears to have adapted to SCP ####
