Special Containment procedure SCP-xxxx is to be occupied by least one d class personal by mean of conversation or by challenging xxxx to a battle of wit. Xxxx is by no mean to be left unattended; and, all facility members are to keep xxxx away from containment cells as xxxx has been known to cause containment failures by simply being near a containment cell.
Any further containment breaches cause by xxxx are to be reported to The 05 Council immediately.
Description xxxx often takes the form a young man dress primarily in a scarlet silk suit. Xxxx has been known to take the form of a young ginger haired woman dress in a scarlet silk evening dress on occasion.
If not occupied by d class personal or researcher xxxx will appear in a random location. If xxxx comes within 15 feet of containment cell xxxx's presence may cause containment instruments and safety mechanisms to fail.
Xxxx often speaks in polite and formal manner. When speaking to an individual xxxx has been know to alternate between different languages. Only the person who xxxx is speaking to will understand xxxx when xxxx does this.
All attempts to harm or destroyed xxxx have failed due to xxxx's inability to take damage. Xxxx cannot be detain due to it's ability to cause containment failures and it's ability to disappear when no else is present. Xxxx has appoven near impossible to record due to it's ability to distort both audio and video recording device.
Addendum xxxx does not like to be addressed by xxxx's number. All foundations personal are encouraged to called xxxx by the following code name: "The Red Gentleman" or "The Red Lady," respectfully. This directive was issued by The 05 Council.
