Special Containment Procedures- SCP is to be locked off by an electrical fence spanning 1 kilometers around the site and is to be routinely patrolled by armed guards and any unauthorized personnel not in foundation custody who have been exposed to SCP are to be detained, questioned and released back into the nearest town after amnestics have been administered. Any and all personnel in foundation custody who have been exposed to SCP are to be dealt with according to foundation protocol. Description- SCP is an area of land 1 kilometer in diameter. During the hours of 7 A.M. and 9 P.M. site can be crossed normally and does not have any supernatural affects. During the hours of 9:30 P.M. and 3:30 A.M. a red powder similar in composition to phosphor is ejected from fissures ranging from 1 in in diameter to several meter.
