Authors' Resources

Per the greenlighting policy, first-time authors must get concepts reviewed in the Ideas Critique Forum or IRC chatrooms before creating a feedback thread in the Drafts and Critique forum. Draft critique can still be sought via IRC and PM without greenlights.

When you have a draft that you know for sure the audience will like, bring it to Drafts Critique Forum. Please note that the forums move much slower than the chat, and the draft forum moves slower than the ideas forum!

The mainsite-run IRC chatrooms are the most reliable source of real-time critique discussion.

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-X Must be kept underground in the mountainous region of Tibet. Any attempt to access this room by unauthorized staff must be terminated on sight. testing is allowed by any staff over Level 3 clearance, as long as there are any Level 5 staff accompanying them. after testing, any staff that are below level 5 must be exposed to ██████ in order for them to forget any information regarding SCP-X. 2 or more entities entering the room is strictly forbidden

Description: SCP-X Is a 4m x 6m room containing nothing but white wallpaper. The unnatural properties of SCP-X only occur when 1 sentient object enters the room. This person will be called
SCP-X-1. When SCP-X-1 enters, the room will begin to shape-shift into a different form which induces feelings of calmness within SCP-X-1. Previous SCP-X-1 subjects report seeing nostalgic, calming, or "Nice" places/objects.
