short description: scp-1974 is a green Poulan 306a chainsaw with no hand guard, not just any but the same one used in the movie "the texas chainsaw massacre" from 1974 the OG as most put it, even some of the people here say they have seen the movie with the character "leatherface" the cannibal that wears faces, eats people, and uses a chainsaw to cut them down.
location of discovery: this green Poulan 306a chainsaw was found at the original set of "the texas chainsaw massacre" in the old house surrounded by carved corpses that have more than likely been eaten by the person that used the saw. it had no rust and was covered in blood, it seemed to be over 40 years old. And by the saw a mask that was indeed made of human flesh just like leatherface's masks.
Dr___- it seems to have no unusual anomalies, but just like scp-178 we could be wrong and have some tool that is like scp-668.
first test- a male subject, that is 6'3 and was sent to the foundation after being proven of murder. the scientist asked the subject to pick up the saw. The subject complied and picked up the saw. after picking the saw up the subject said "my face kinda hurts like it is being peeled off" and started to scream. But never put down the saw. after 10 minutes the face of the subject started to fall off like it was hot wax as the scientist stated. after 20 minutes the whole nose of the subject had fallen off, chunks of the right cheek had fallen off, and the teeth have turned in every which direction. after 30 minutes the subject had started to lose speech. after 40 minutes the subject started to gain 10 pounds every minute and had nearly lost every bit of speech but grunts and moans. 50 minutes the hair of the subject turned a dark brown. 60 minutes the subject stopped gaining weight now weighing 300 pounds, an increased muscle mass in the whole body, the face is disfigured. now the subject is grunting in what seems to be sad over his face. the subject has now turned to look at the scientist through the one-way mirror made of a bulletproof polymer. the subject is now licking his lips as he looks at the scientist like he wants to eat them, then looks down at the saw and touches his face. he looks back up at the scientist and revs the saw. then finally charges at the glass cutting into the glass as the scientist trying to escape but the door was jammed. all we hear is a scream and gurgle of blood as the saw rips them to bits. he tries to get out the steel door with no success with an angered yell the sound softens as he dances with the saw, just like the end of the movie.
the foundation is now using the testing room as a simple containment, the process to keep this scp in captivity is simply put it in a room with thick steel doors and thick concrete walls to repel the saw.
the cameras which we have watched this scp are still working, he even seems to enjoy us watching him. but now he has three masks made of each of the scientists, how did he get the sewing kit? either way, a test is to be done in the future.
test 2- the hallway door is closed and locked behind as the soldiers try and kill scp-1974. the door is locked behind and the testing room is opened. the scp is shot 10 times! and the soldier takes the saw to the face, he drops with a pool of blood that gushes out onto the floor. the door is pushed open and within minutes of hundreds of shots being fired the room is cleared and that stands is the scp with bits of the old mask. feeling his face the scp freaks out, and with a yell of anger, the cameras go black. next hour we checked the cameras and there he stood cooking the soldier.
this is the end of the saw logs. take place and do not even try to kill him or you will be his mask and meal. good day to you.
