Special Containment Procedures: Due to the nature of SCP-4667 or "Ira," there is no possible way to contain it, much like SCP-343. When at the foundation, it goes to SCP-343 or "Gods" room on site 17 or roams the facility to see all currents ongoing research. It is to be given what ever it wants from the scientist from other SCP's to any notes or information it wishes to have that can be provided, no matter the clearance.

Description SCP-4667 is a Hispanic male, humanoid entity of extreme intelligence. His body is a split of human and humanoid with his head completely normal by human standards. His skin complexion is a deep brown, with no imperfection in his skin. His eyes are a light brown and his hair is a black, curly and thick. His looks implies he is teenage, but he said he is 1,114 years old. His teeth seem normal, with the exception of when he makes his upper cuspids become 1 ft in length and 1 inch in width. They become serrated and curved, much like a Smilodons or Saber-Tooth Tigers long fangs.

His body, however, is completely humanoid. From his head down, as he doesn't have a neck connecting his body and head, his body is made of a black, rigid material that seems crystalline in structure that cannot be brokered or scythed. His "Torso,"is a completely straight with a hexagonal structure of the material that constructs his body that is 4 inchs wide on each side of the hexagonal structure. His shoulders and arms start at the top of his "Torso." From shoulder to the end of his hand it is 2 ft long. His shoulder starts 3 inchs wide all the way down 1 ft of his arm, where it starts to expand by small incriminates, to the end of his hand that has a grand total of 8 inchs wide. His "Hand" is essentially three claws that start 5 inchs from the end of his arm that expand with the rest of him. They seem to be similar to cat claws in shape. His legs are .8 m's long and sprout from the very end of his "Torso," in a minute curve and then goes straight down in a pyramidal shape, until it changes to a trapezoidal shape, and then a small cone as his "Foot" .1 m from the end of his legs. In the middle of all his limbs and "Torso," he can bend them much like human can bend with there knees, except in both directions.

His human head and humanoid body are connected even without a neck. He has even attempted to to take off his head before in front of staff to show that it isn't a separate entity from his odd body.

Discovery:SCP-4667 was discovered by staff as he suddenly appeared in SCP-343's chamber on [REDACTED] by a researcher who came to visit SCP-343 for there daily conversation. They seemed to be arguing about, "How father is getting more pissed at him (SCP-343) on the daily." As soon as SCP-4667 saw the research he put God aside and introduced himself as "Ira," to the researcher and asked to see the SCP foundation.

SCP-4667 is a very enjoyable and affable person to have in the foundation and seems to have no fears to any of the SCP's in the foundation, even SCP-173. Tests on him also show he has many abilities, all of which are staggering.

His known abilities are:

• Seemingly unlimited strength, even breaking "The unbreakable shell's," force field in a single hit
• Being able to generate and manipulate plasma out of his hands by way of intense heat exuding out of him at will.
• Shrink and grow infinitely without obeying the laws of physics.
• Can sprout 8 red, smooth, tentacle-like appendages out of his back, 4 to side, that can combine into a wing-like structure that grant him the ability to fly. They seem to be also extend infinitely and punch through anything. When put through items that struggle against the appendage, he can make small barbs come out of his tentacle to hook into the item, much like a porcupine's barbs.
• Can make his form almost gaseous, where his entire body becomes a black cloud that constantly swarms in a small general space that is bound to the outline of his body. The 8 appendages are still physically intact and usable, but not needed any more to achieve flight. He can move where ever he wants in this form. His eyes aren't visible, but instead represented by white spots where his eyes use to be on his body. While 95% of his body isn't physical, he can't be passed though like gas. In this form, he keeps the nubs of his claws and tips of his feet intact still. Can move the little bits of his physical body where ever his mass-less cloud is.
• Can enhance his cuspids to become more deadly and exaggerated
• Can speak an indecipherable language and a language not even speak able by humans who try to mimic it, along with English. Seems to know basic Spanish and Japanese. Unlike "God," he does not seem to have omnipotence.

Addendum #4667-1: While Ira has a primarily happy and calm demeanor, also showing signs of extreme comedic abilities, and seeming quite human, he has a had one extreme out burst of rage towards one member of the research team not giving him lose documents on SCP-682. During this fit of rage, he went into his gaseous form and floated above Dr.████████ staring at him, with his voice echoing loud to say, "That is how you may die then." Guards on the scene attempted to shoot Ira to no avail and were wrapped, trapped and gagged by Ira's tentacles. Dr.████████ folded and gave Ira all loose notes on SCP-682. He released the guards who were primarily unscathed and no harm can to anyone or thing in the incident. We now have told all personal to give Ira any information he wishes . So far he has only asked for SCP-682 and SCP-████. With the asking of SCP-████ he has been put into a new category of Keter Standby. If Ira asks for anything relating to "The ███████ ████," immediately alert all 0-5 council members along with staff.

Addendum #4667-2: After many requests of Ira to just eliminate SCP's, he has denied every request to do so. He has stated that he is simply an observer much like god, but he still needs information on certaint SCP's as he's not omnipotent as SCP-343. He was also asked about God, which from Ira's information, he has much the same power as Ira. "We are simply powers to observe creation, " He stated to Watch in an interview.
